I gave been a customer of this bank since it was First Interstate Bank. Then Wells bought it. From the beginning never have had a problem with this bank. Love Wells Fargo!!!!!

Christian was very helpful, I walk-in unable to login online banking, he assisted me right away even though he is expecting his appointment coming in anytime soon. He was able to resolved my problem immediately.

Cero stars is what they deserve. From 4:30 to 5 they don’t want to do nothing. Bankers keep saying there is appointments and we can’t take care of anyone after 4 pm.I arrived at 4:30 to do a wire transfer, bank was empty and no-one helped me. Management at this branch is terrible.Someone should be making sure services are provided until closing time.

What a horrible branch. Customer service ladies and gents has left the building. Erika Martin if that was her real name is probably the worst person I have ever personally met. If there is a district manager or someone who is her boss I would think seriously about her position in my company.

Worst Wells Fargo branch! There was only 2 clients in line before me and after waited a full hour because they only have 2 tellers just for endorse a check I ended leaving and wasted my lunch hour. Do NOT go to this branch unless you wanted to waste your time.

I've had an account here for years, and it has always been an inefficient branch with long lines and lousy customer service. I often find myself using other branches (on Curry Ford/Chickasaw Trail and Goldenrod/University) just to avoid this Pinar one, and they still aren't great, but they're better.

Super empty bank. Hardly any personnel. I went there to resolve a dispute because the customer service phone number kept connecting me with India. Hard to understand, plus they sound so scripted. I came to the bank and they had me waiting for an hour with only one customer and I in lobby!Super terrible customer service. So disappointed

I was blown away by how nice everyone was. I don’t even bank here, went in to get things notarized. From the phone call, to walking into the building, to working with Carmen - every step of the way was excellent customer service.

Went here on Friday at 4:00 pm to cash a check. The store hours say 9-5. They were closed. That’s not how this works.
