They don't have good references, they are a bank with little credible information and they always benefit thieves, they don't investigate anything when they steal from us, they are a true fraud, they will never get 5 stars, the staff doesn't know about Education, they are terrible at customer service.

Worst Wells Fargo drive-thru in the Orlando area. Every time I use it there is one teller and it takes an average of 20,25 minutes to get through. I have plenty of time to write this review because I am currently sitting in the drive-thru on a Friday, which is the busiest banking day of the week, and again there is one teller with 9 cars.

Have been banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years and came in hopes of opening my son his first account. They told me they had no appointments and could not see me. I feel as a long time customer some effort should be made to accommodate a walk in especially when there was no one else waiting to be helped. Maybe you guys should have more staff so that more than 2 appointments can be accommodated in one hour. Staff was nice but I feel with all the booths you guys have you should be able to have more staff to help customers that maybe have busy work schedules that can't always make appointments. To add insult to injury after making an appointment at an inconvenient location to be able to do what I needed to do was told I didn't have the necessary information to perform said service.. waste of my time and no attempt to remedy situation

This is the most non-customer service oriented bank I have ever found second time here to open account. I was here before 4 PM sat here for 15 minutes till somebody decided to come out. Somebody came out after 4 PM and says oh it takes one hour to open an account, I’ll have to schedule you to come back another day. Second time in a row first time was a Saturday. This is a Monday. What a joke of a bank and customer service coming directly from the manager

Walked in 15 minutes late with my feeble father - refused to see us. No consideration for how difficult it was for us to go to the bank - for a quick account update. Could have finished in the 30 minutes allotted to us.

Came into the bank to speak with a banker regarding an account. Needed to provide more information regarding an inquiry was given bankers card to follow up with. Have called 3 straight days to follow up, left multiple voicemails and no response. Called the bank number countless times on multiple days with no answer every time. Unbelievable "service".

Came in for a walk in appointment today and was quickly signed in. After a brief wait, we were attended to by Branden. He was very helpful and personable and was able to complete our request quickly and accurately. Also, Branden did a wonderful job at deescalating an aggressive customer who was attempting to claim we had cut in front of him in line.

Worst customer service ever in my life!!! My husband and I were trying to deposit $50k to the existing saving account (he got a bonus offer and was required to see an in-branch staff) and open a new saving account for me. We had waited for 20 mins then a staff Branden (didn’t have a name tag) asked us what we would like to do and told us that they had other 3 groups of people ahead of us, and if they can’t finish assisting them before they close, they may not be able to assist us. My husband told him that he should have told the customers the moment they walked in so they didn’t have to wait that long without being assisted and would like to see the manager to give feedback. Later, a female manger came out (didn’t know her name since no name tag) and we mentioned that to her. She listened to the feedback and said we would be the next one since Branden was assisting a gentleman who had been there before us so we decided to wait. After that, we thought we would be the next one, but NOOOO. Branden assisted the couple who walked in AFTER us. We stood up and asked him why he assisted the customers who walked in after us. We had been there before them. He said that when he was first talking us, we told him what we need to do and had wanted to talk to the manger to give the feedback, so he didn’t check us in. He checked in the couple who walked in 20 minutes after us while we were talking to his manger. We asked to see the manger again and she said that he couldn’t help us and asked another staff to wrap up her current work to assist us and told us to wait again. At this point, we just walked out. What kind of customer service is this? He didn’t want to assist us because our feedbacks to his manger offended him? Maybe our deposit money is too little for them to care? The couple after us was assisted by him after a brief wait. Was there a racial discrimination here??? I don’t know. Need an answer from Wells Fargo…Tons of questions in my mind and ruined my whole day. Waited almost 2 hours for nothing. Have heard bad reviews about Wells Fargo but never thought that it was this horrible until I experienced it. 0 stars if I could.P/S: DON’T REMOVE MY COMMENT!!!

I didn't have an appointment as this was a last minute emergency, the representative was able to help me out pretty quickly and was very kind.

Nightmare waited for over 45 minutes to speak with a customer service rep.,while the lady in the conference room a Hispanic female with pony tail was talking with a tall black female. I asked them who is helping customer and they were but they kept talking with each other while people were leaving the bank tired of waiting. Such a bad experience. I have been a business customer for 3+ years at wells fargo. I tried to open an account in this branch and was told that they had no appointment available for weeks and that I could do that online. That the best way to get a personal account was online. Been trying to open the account online for 3 months and I still don't have it. Personnel makes no sense and customer service none for this location

I have been a WF client for over 15 yrs, I walked into the branch to change my name on the account due to marriage. 2 tellers, 1 home lender rep, 1 business rep, and a customer service rep. I sat there for an hour, NOBODY put of 5 people with a WF name tag, had the decency to come and ask if I had an appointment or ask why was I sitting there. There was 1 customer doing a transaction with one of the tellers, and when that was done. It’s like I was invisible. No greeting, nobody approached to say anything….I, along with another gentleman that was waiting for about 30 mins walked out. Never will I ever step foot in this place. People after COVID have totally lost the sense of customer service. I would give zero stars but the app doesn’t allow that.

This bank is b******* ok I go to a gas station on Tuesday I pressed on the wrong pump by accident hung it up and went inside had a conversation with the person who helped me they said the money will be put back on your card depends on what bank I'm with the money was never put back on my card or anything I'm highly pissed off at this bank so I called them told them my situation and the woman I spoke to saw what happened and I didn't get my money back seriously F*** THIS BANK
