They are great and friendly. Every time you need something you go online set up your appointment if you have and once you go there you are seen fast. Sarai is very nice and friendly she open my account and my daughter. She explains everything.

Despite there being only one ATM, there it is always a problem with it.Whether it's no cash deposits or one can't even take cash out for anything.Always disappointed with this bank location.

ATM’s not working. Tellers taking FOR-EVER for a single deposit transaction and no I’m not being petty, it’s 2023, management should set high or higher standards. People going through the drive-thru and tellers making them exit their car and go inside, what is this kind of service????

Horrible service at this branch.I left early from work today and arrived at 4:30pm to close out an account and reopen an account i was told by a man with a cane that there wasn’t any time for them to do that (there was no one inside of the bank i was the only customer) I explained to him that i just drove 45 mins from work and left early to make it in time to do this he then went to the banker (Maria) and asked her if she could assist me in opening/closing an account she said that i should call customer service to assist me or schedule an appointment when no one was inside of the branch he came out and repeated what Maria said i asked him how long it takes to open/close an account he ignored me and said that i should call customer service I left and called customer service and they were able to close my account and guide me online on opening an account, it was done in 5 minutes. It just shows me that they could’ve assisted me and just denied me service for a reason unknown

This bank is horrible you’re in the drive-through for 15 minutes i’m the only one in the drive-through and you have to keep pressing the button to see if somebody’s in there it’s always I’m here by myself and the atm machine is always broken ?

A bank that is to cheap or to inept at hiring and keeping staff shoud be ashamed. You are a God dam bank and you make people wait 45 minutes because you have 2 tellers to work drive through and lobby.Branch Manager should be held accountable for allowing customer service to fail this way.

I am having to constantly drive from branch to branch because this ATM never takes deposits. It also locked my debt card and I spent 2.5 hours trying to undo the mess. I work during their business hours so I rely on the ATM deposit feature, but with it never working I’m more inconvenienced than anything. PLEASE get this ATM working to accept deposits.

I want to mention that I when this morning to this bank 12/09/2019 to do a deposit on my husband account. The teller told me that I can’t do a deposit because I have money ?, they have to be money order or check to do a deposit into my husband account. I think this is ridiculous. I have to go back to my back to do a money order then go back to Wells Fargo to do a deposit on my husband account. Because I don’t have account with them. I only want to do a deposit why the have to do a big issue?

Terrible!!! I have called this branch 7 times in a row with no answer on a Monday at 1:30pm. Also, their ATM NEVER takes deposits it's ALWAYS out of service. I have been a member for years and now want to shop for a new bank because they don't make anything convenient and are not accessible by phone.

Excellent service, however I would suggest that they do have more bank tellers. Only two on a Monday afternoon which is very upsetting when you are on a lunch break.
