Julieta Franklin at Wells Fargo is truly outstanding! She was incredibly sweet and personable, making the entire banking experience so comfortable. My mom faces a language barrier, but Julieta communicated with her clearly and kindly, going above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find such patient and effective customer service. Highly recommend Julieta for anyone looking for excellent banking support!

Everyone I’ve spoken with at this branch has been extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve worked with the business banker Belny. He is an entrepreneur himself and has helped me obtain business funding on more than one occasion.

Wells Fargo, can you please, for the love of God, and all that is holy, get an ATM that works on a Sunday. Every time I need to get money or deposit money on a Sunday, and often on a Saturday as well, your stupid ATM machines don’t work. And this branch has 2 ATMs. This is why you’re about to lose my account to Truist. Their machines work. Or maybe B of A. With all the technology we have in this world, can you seriously not get an ATM that can work?! I’m sick of this!

Friday afternoon, one teller working at 140 pm, almost every customer is a foreigner so it’s a challenge for the tellers, parking lot fill and a decent line, maybe hire another teller ? That’s how long a withdrawal took fyi , love Wells Fargo but your customers time is important to !

Came during the middle of the work day to deposit cash. ATM wasn't working so I went inside and was 2nd in line. After 15 minutes of waiting for the single teller, I was still 2nd in line with many more waiting behind me. A supervisor saw us all waiting and did nothing. I ended up leaving cash still in hand. My silver lining is during the long wait, I decided Wells Fargo no longer served my banking needs and it was time to move my money -- thanks Team!

Liza Melvin was a sweetheart an absolute joy a breathe of fresh hair super PROFESSIONAL and on point! Super informative.helped me open a checking account got me set up with zelle easily. Now I can stay connected with my other family members that bank with wells fargo! If she's telling u extra information let it be you wanna know all the deals and services the bank has to offer! To help you! So if u ask me not just a 5 star service from wonderful AMAZING WOMAN Mrs Liza Melvin 1000 out of 10 for service. I will be coming back again and look forward to my relationship with Wells fargo good choice in employee keep her forever!!! They don't make em like her no more!!!😭😭😭
