These people are highly unprofessional and talk to u in that lil "nice nasty" why of speaking. They don't answer the phone, and are inconsiderate of people's time. Lobby empty, employees standing around talking ignoring the phones as they ring . Wells Fargo fix this ASAP, throw the entire staff away and start over!!

Never in my life had I been asked for TWO forms of ID to cash a check at this bank. An IKEA paycheck...they wanted to see my debit card, my employee ID, even my health insurance card?! To cash a check???!!!!!! I didnt even have to provide two IDs when I opened my account at my bank. Never coming here again.

Horrible experience. I left my I.d here last week because I was in such a rush after wanting to simply get temporary checks for my business that took 20 minutes to complete. Each time I come here it is such a hassle to get the most simple things done. This is the only bank I have issues with and I will most likely be moving my business banking elsewhere after this experience.

This Wells Fargo does not care about the customer at all. Bank is filled and the teller is discussing LONDON with someone. Just do you job and ppl would be happy. Shameful service with is always from management that does not care. Don't use this one. They waste your time

Rude people in this bank. Managers extremely rude and always has a face, people at the drive thru are slow, rude and disrespectful. No manners at allIn this bank also you explain everything very clearly them and they still don’t do it right. Drive thru has like 2 people working and multiple car pull up areas. I suggest getting more people or faster people if is a drive thru for a reason

I was a banker for 12 years and we had a rule the phone had to be answered by the 3rd ring. This branch never picks up the phone. The back office can't even get ahold of them. Today they turned away a check for deposit that they said they verified the account doesn't have any money in it. First of all this doesn't exist. You can't verify an account at another bank. In addition there was plenty of funds in the other account so clearly they didn't verify it. A check from this same company is deposited in the account every month for the last 3 years. I have never heard of a check being turned away before. Procedure is you deposit the check and place a hold on it, you don't tell the long term account holder the check is no good. Get it together Dr. Phillip staff.

The Manager has put in orders if a customer has multiple deposits those deposits will be processed one at a time in-between other customers, as they only have one teller. So be prepared to spend your time to deposits your money.

I went to Wells Fargo at Dr. Phillips today 4/26/23, the lady teller with long hair has a bad attitude. We've been a Wells Fargo customer for along time and she is the one only has a bad attitude!! Unacceptable!! Horrible!! I won't be serve with her anymore if I go to the bank in the future.
