Slow customer service at the bank made resolving an issue take longer than expected. The staff was polite, but the experience could have been smoother overall.

Slow and rude employees. I would say that I wish there was a closer branch but I don't even want to bank with Wells Fargo anymore. This is the worst Wells Fargo branch in Orlando by far. I hope they continue to close branches and eventually go under. I see why they have as many lawsuits as they do.

worst bank ever have a 9:30 appointment still sitting in the waiting room. The gentleman at the door asked me for my name 4 times.

If you want to waste your time, go there!!! The service is super slow and when you finally get your turn they tell you that you have to make an appointment online. I won't be back!!!

Never have I’ve been called to a desk and not get serviced. Refused to assist when that’s literally your only job, branch manager was no help at all either. Read the rest of the reviews and agree the service here is horrible

I've been a client of this branch for almost 20 years. The current leadership is an absolute joke. I don't have to go into the bank often, but everytime I do since Robert has been the manager it has been a bad experience. They are not welcoming, and I tried to deposit a large check today from a trust into my account and was met with many questions about who was giving it and what relationship they were to me. Then Robert had the nerve to ask why I was nervous? Are you kidding me? I was in a hurry and was tired of waiting in them. He handed my check back and told me to come back another time. This man should not have a leadership role with anyone. I have filed a complaint and they will no longer get my business. I also have a business account tied to my checking that is a large account. He told me to make an appointment to cancel my accounts on the way out the door. Avoid this place as long as he's there.

To be honest, I haven’t looked to the Google reviews otherwise I will never open account on this branch or on this bank .
The manager is not prepared to be on his position.

Horrible experience . Bank completely empty ,but can attend anybody because you were not there on time . 12 minutes late . I understand if there is lot more people there, but the bank is completely empty. I have this bank for over 10 years . They need to work on their customer service .

I came in and there are three people sitting chatting and doing absolutely nothing at 11:47 a.m., and they told me to come back at 1:00 pm. because they need to go for a lunch break. These people need customer service training!

I have never seen anything like it. Needed to see a banker but was asked if I had an appointment. The manager indicated they were fully booked for the day. I’ve never had this scenario at WF ever.

I had a horrible experience with the Small Business Advisor... She smiles when you open your account, but when they receive criticism She changes and even yells at you. I will move my account to another branch. I recommend not going to this office.
