The bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was blood splatter, a broken toilet seat lid, it was just flat out awful and unacceptable. I went in to place an order, used the restroom first, after seeing the condition of the bathroom, I didn’t even use due to how filthy it was, I left. There’s no way I’m allowing a business that is that dirty to make me or my children food. The staff upon telling them about the restroom then said “we have been busy all day and haven’t had time to clean up. We will get to it when we can.” THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE BUILDING BESIDES ME AND MY FAMILY. They have time to sit around and blast their business mid store but can’t clean a restroom? I’ll pass. ??

I go here too often to give them a five-star review. My order frequently gets mismade, and my son is diabetic. Other than the accuracy I really love this place. I never seem to have an issue in the morning if I'm getting breakfast though. So instead of pointing out the times that they mess up stuff during dinner. I'd like to highlight their good morning staff.The lady who takes my order in the morning is there almost every day I get food. She was always so pleasant. She has a wonderful smile and the one time there was an order placing my mobile order and I left my credit card at home. She just gave me my food because I'm there almost every day. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me that I didn't have to go home and get my wallet, then come back and replace my order. Also, in the mornings there's hardly ever an extended wait like during the evening time. I would say that the biggest complaint anyone has about this Wendy's. Is how ridiculously long the line can get.Hey Wendy's corporate, Town & country used to have two Wendy's locations. When we had significantly less people. We really need a second Wendy's location again. Another thing to note, is Wendy's food is better quality than other fast food places, and ever since other places prices have reached nearly the same as Wendy's. It only makes sense to get the better food.So I understand why the line is long, but that doesn't mean it doesn't suck and will be the reason I eat elsewhere. I've had to cancel quite a few mobile orders because I saw how long the line was when I got there. Like damn now I got to go to McDonald's.Dietary restrictions: They have the most extensive nutritional information on their website. It's really great if you're doing keto or a diabetic. The only issue is your order will get made wrong at times and throw that out the window.

I received cold food and they did not give me apple slices that I paid for. On top of that, the server gives me all 4 of my drinks one at a time with no carry out. I asked for one, he act like he had a whole attitude for asking for a drink holder. The worst Wendy’s ever! P.S. I almost passed it because the Sign lights were off as well as the menu board???

Doesn't seem like drive-through notes what they're doing. Took way too long to order and pick up my order. My chili was horrible and had to get switched out at a different location. The chili had no juice whatsoever in it and tasted burnt like it was the bottom of the pan! Also chili cup was barely half full. Also ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce, only had lettuce on the top not the bottom.

Don't go there after 10pm because they always give you the wrong order,plus they just warm up food that they have made maybe 20 minutes before and they put my sandwich which was wrong in the microwave. The rest of the food was not fresh at all. This location is bad to eat from. I recommend eating at a better location please.

I was at this location at last night and received a staple in my burger. I have called the location multiple times and the customer service line for Wendy's. I'm waiting for a callback from someone to handle this situation but it appears this is standard operating procedure for Wendy's and staples are now on my menu in Orlando. Wow absolute trash.
