I ordered a wrap and didn’t receive the sauce I had asked for and also my rap was NOT edible and hard and completely opened. The lady was so rude with attitude and no consideration for the fact that it wasn’t a mess up that I did, basically threw my food to me when I went back for a new one and was mad that she had to remake it.

Every time. Every time I’m in the drive-through and they put me on hold. Only two cars were in the drive-through and they told me to wait. 5 minutes passed, and still no reply. Where I work, we never put people on hold. It’s poor cs and destroys our time. We always find someone to take the order if we’re busy. Guess they don’t have time here? All I wanted was a chocolate frosty. Should be like a press of no more than 3 buttons, then you’re done. I’m sticking to the Wendy’s on University.

Drive thru worker didn't like us to do mobile order on Wendy's app for our burgers but discount is only using their app so that would be hard for them to honor their app discounts. Also, we used our Frosty key tags for free Frosty and she said the whole order needs to be done at drive thru as she didn't know how to press key for doing it mobile. They need to train workers better and to not be rude and disrespect like that to paying customers! Finally, after coming home, one burger had a few bites until it was realized there was no lettuce and the patties were rare inside! The second burger was sliced open, again no lettuce and patties were red rare inside. Took pictures and will be notifying headquarters of our full (really horrific) experience at this Wendys. I tried calling them right away and with each (tried called four times) attempt, it rang and then hung up so, there was no way to fix these issues tonight with manager on staff.

The one time I don’t check if I have all my food in the drive thru before going home and I was skimped out on an entire large fry. Never gave me any kind of receipt either so there was no way to refute it. I’ve also ordered from here on a few occasions and not been given any sauce despite requesting it.

Very rude drive thru service, rushing us to order. Not even a good evening. We asked for a large jr hamburger but they gave us a large frie instead.
