Chicken was rubbery. Burgers are good... the guy came out with my order that was wrong and I told him the name on receipt isn't me. That's not my food. He said " Pappi that's you, here take..take that's you". I'm dumbfounded at this point cause he's willing to give away someone's order and then for me to take it. Be better. People rely on your service. I went inside and corrected my order but not an apology or explanation.

This place is AWFUL!!!! First of all you don't call someone "papi"...it's Sir or Ma'am!!! Second when you are told the order is wrong you fix it!! Period!! The so called manager if this place should be fired!!!

We ordered thru door dash and our dasher had to wait 40 minutes before our order was ready at the store and when we got our food it was lousy. Most of the salad was not eatable - lettuce brown. Apples were stale.

I love Wendy’s and their food. This location is the slowest drive thru known to man. Was just in the drive thru 1/18/24 545 pm and 4 vehicles left the line in front of me because it was so slow! Waited 8 minutes at the speaker and finally left myself because no one spoke!! What the heck is happening here? It’s not this difficult to take an order, slap it together and put it in a bag!!

I normally never write a bad review for anything, I would just never give them my business again. However this experience with whoever this older man was (I believe he was a manager) was completely uncalled for and he was overall very rude and unhelpful, even though his staff got our order wrong and when I proceeded to explain that to him, he walked away from me, as if them getting our order wrong was an inconvenience to him. Never going back here again, I would rather drive 20 min out of my way to go to another Wendy's then the one that's 2 minutes from my job.

The food here was fine. They do however need to train the guy that worked the drive thru at around 4pm today. He has terrible customer service skills. He sounds like he is doing you a favor by wasting his time to take your order. Even if I liked the food and considered going back for other staff, an employee like that would deter me from returning specifically to the drive thru. Management of this location, do yourself a business development favor and don’t have that person take another order until he knows how to be friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thanks.

Ordered two meals , and two baked potatoes with cheese and bacon .Only received one French fries for the two meals , didn’t get the extra sour cream we asked for , and one of the potato’s was plain with chives that was suppose to have cheese and bacon .It was NOT busy . The employees were laughing and making jokes . Guy at the window was incredibly rude , asking anything else ? Anything else ? Anything else ? Anything else ? Sounded miserable . Wish I could put zero stars , doesn’t deserve one .

THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I WENT IN FOR A LATE NIGHT BITE AND THEY DIDNT GET ANY OF OUR FRIES ORDER RIGHT. ASKED FOR BACONATOR FRIES AND GOT QUESO FRIES AND THEY ALSO FORGOT MY SIDE OF FRIES FOR MY COMBO MEAL. THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD GET US OUR FRIES AND TO PULL FOWARD. WE WAITED ALMOST 10 MINS AND HAD TO BACK UP TO ASK FOR AN UPDATE SINCE THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED. THEY TOLD US THEY WERE PUTTING IN FRESH FRIES FOR US WHICH TAKES 6 MINS. WE THEN WAITED ANOTHER 15 MINS UNTIL THEY CAME OUT WITH 1 CHEESE FRIES AND 1 BACONATOR FRIES. IT WAS STILL WRONG AND NEVER DID THEY ONCE APOLOGIZE AND ON TOP OF THAT THE EMPLOYEE WORKING THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT US TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. JUST HORRIBLE.
