The people are nice but my goodness the pharmacy is an absolute cluster (you know what). Doesn't matter if you go inside - or worse yet try to suffer through the drive through - they somehow get it wrong Every. Single. Time. Desperately needs some serious *competent* management attention!

Worst Pharmacy ever. This has been my corner pharmacy since it was built probably 15+ years ago who knows. This past couple years have been the worst. Always a long wait or some kind of delay. I feel badmfpr the people who have to actually use the pharmacy regularly. I couldn't imagine. For the first time in my life here, I am going to change pharmacies as travel further to the closest CVS. The hassle and time wasted will be far less. Now I gotta go home and put my sick kid to sleep and hopefully pick up the antibiotics in THE MORNING.

If I could put zero stars I would I normally don't write reviews but a couple days ago my doctor sent a prescription out at 8:30am for my illness and at 5:30pm before they closed they still didn't have my prescription. I came out of the hospital last night that sent out another prescription at 9:30 pm and I go and they still don't have Done my prescription from my doctor or from the hospital.

The new pharmacy hours are b.s.! Ever since the pharmacist quit to work at CVS because they pay more, they've had problems finding a new permanent one. So, there were weekdays where we went to pick up prescriptions where they were closed with no notice given and now they've cut the hours from 9-9 on weekdays and 9-5 on weekends to 10-6 on weekdays and CLOSED on weekends. This is ridiculous! Start paying your pharmacists a competitive salary and this problem will go away! Highly unsatisfied. That's not even mentioning the fact that the medication that I've gotten monthly for years is often out of stock, forcing me to wait days and go without, putting me in great pain. D-

The woman who was working the drive through pharmacy was completely rude and unprofessional. L she was unwilling to put my new insurance information into the computer and when I asked her a few questions about why my copay was $5,000 she took the phone away from her ear so she couldn't hear me or answer my questions. I have never been treated like this and it was highly unprofessional. I understand customer service isn't the best job, but maybe pick a different profession if you don't want to help customers who are trying to get life saving medication. My suggestion? Go somewhere else. I've already changed my pharmacy and they were able to fix everything quickly.

Today I was reminded why I stopped going to Walgreens years ago. I got required by my job site to get vaccinated. So I originally went to another Walgreens location and they found my information in their system from years ago. When asked to confirm my phone number, I noticed it was a very old number I no longer use (9 years ago). So I provided my current phone number. Got my shot, all good, no problem. Today I just needed batteries for my girl's toys. I very recently moved so I was just looking as I drove home. This Walgreens location happened to be on my way back from work. Took me a while to find batteries and no one was in sight to help, but found them and got in line. When asked for my phone number for the discount ($5 off) they told me they could not find me. I told them about my recent visit in which the found me by my name and they updated my phone number, or so I thought. The attendant simply said that I was not on the system so to step aside as there were customers waiting. Really. Zero help offered, not willing to look me up, just gave me a brochure to sign up. I felt like crossing the border and having an expired passport. They don't know how to accommodate the needs of their customers, plain and simple. Not moving a finger for you.

Staff are pleasant enough, but ALWAYS long lines at the front. Extremely slow check out. Asking about "points" and Red Nose stuff instead of moving people through the line. No reason to go there anymore when you can order things on Amazon without waiting in line five or ten minutes.

I come here for prescriptions and occasionally to get items but recently I had to come get items because I was in a somewhat desperate situation. they had everything I needed for me and my children to make it through the night at the hotel. I was able to get sweat suits for pajamas and toothbrushes etc. it made it so much easier for me to be able to find everything I needed for me and my children. I will recommend and continue to use Walgreens
