This is a super budget friendly snack in Disney Springs. Weirdly, my favorite thing about this stand is the fountain drinks. They're huge and a great deal.

Went on the Friday night after July 4th so Disney Springs was BUSY. Grabbed a quick, fresh pretzel and moved on.

I ordered a pretzel with light salt and a frozen lemonade. The Pretzel was much larger than I expected and was really fresh and soft. The frozen lemonade was not overly sweet and quite an enjoyable refreshment on a hot evening.

Pretzel lovers, don’t miss out. Was quite expensive for a pretzel, dip and two drinks at €18 but think this was because it was in Disney Springs. However, this was amazing 😪🥨

We went looking for the stand when we hit Disney Springs. We were not disappointed to get a hot fresh pretzel . Will go back again if we get an opportunity .

They are pretzels, what more do you need to hear? These pretzels don't disappoint, soft and warm and great with the dipping sauces.

Overpriced, nothing ready, and didn't get my order right. Long wait.

Well for bag of pretzels of over $7 I expect the bag to be more full. It was less then 3/4 full.it looked like they took some out to make other bags. Pretzels were not warm. Not really salty. They were soggy. Being a pretzel lover I really wish I can say I enjoyed them. Also if you are going to give a free sample of lemonade out. You may want to give one to both people ordering instead of a half of cup for two people to share. That just wasn't right.

These pretzels were very tasty and hot but the cinnamon got everywhere! The sweet glaze was also killer and you got a pretty big portion size of that! Good for a snack or dessert when at Disney Springs!

The pretzel were amazing and the cheddar cheese dip perfect not like that gross nacho cheese dip

I was told my pretzels would be ready in 6 mins but didn't receive any updates until I asked 10 mins into waiting. It still took another 5 mins and the cin a bites must have been rushed because it did not taste great at all. The cinnamon wasn't stuck onto the breading and the breading was so thick and flavorless that you couldn't even taste the small bits of cinnamon on there. It was expensive and not worth the price

A bad day here beats a good day anywhere else! La Caja was playing next door. Nice place to sit and watch people

Wetzels are the most delicious pretzels ever. So glad that they are prevalent in DS. They are so much better than the Mickey pretzels they sell in the parks and each time I went I was offered a generous sample of frozen lemonade.

Of course it was delicious. Perfect snack for an evening stroll. Recommend the jalepeno/cheese dip!!

Atmosphere: outside...could use more sitting area Service: decent...friendly staff food : food tasted good I got the plain hotdog. I'm from NY so this hotdog tasted better than an Auntie Anne's dog. Thicker, longer, beefy, more flavor. However, the dough around the dog could of been more....I dipped it in cheese. The cheese dogs were darker than golden..almost burnt. Price: $6 for hotdog and $1.50 for the dip....little pricy...but I was hungry and it was the cheapest option in Disney Springs. Overall: delicious and hit the spot to curb my craving til dinner.

I don't like pretzels. I've tried them several times and they are just not my thing. However, my seven year old loves them and she always asks for one whenever she sees them. We stopped at this kiosk and got her one. I ended up trying it and really liked it. It was way softer than any other one I had ever tried, and the flavor was quite good. I ended up buying myself one with pepperoni on it. It was really, really good. Apparently, I like pretzels now... at least the ones from this place

Pretzels are good. Very slow service. 4 people working. Figure 15 minutes per order. Register person doing 3 jobs. Get a better process. Watch the show the Profit on CNBC

Came at 10:30 November 18th - paid 16$ for cinnamon pretzel bites and frozen lemonade when I asked for the bites the lady didn’t respond to me for about 10 seconds then to tell me there’s only 1 more left and just left the register and someone else told me I had to wait for them

I asked if they had vegan pretzels and not only did the employees laugh at me for asking the question but the manager gave me an attitude. I was shocked! I'm sorry but that is not how you treat a customer no matter how you feel about their values or choices. Where was the Disney hospitality?

They changed buildings (Starbucks took their old building) but this business had reopened at Disney Springs and looks great. Unfortunately the prices are a bit too high for our looking, and we prefer Auntie Anne's.

Got a mojito lemonade and a cinnamon pretzel here and they were both great. Would give 5 stars if the frozen lemonade machine was working.

Seriously the best pretzel I have ever had!! I usually stay away from the full pretzels (the bites are where it is at!), but I decided to try one out. It was perfectly cooked, buttered and salted! Now that I'm thinking about it, I want another one...

We are on the Disney Dining Plan, but when paying they charged the dollar amount instead of offering to deduct snack credits. When escalated to the manager she very condescendingly attempted to explain that every vendor is different. In addition, the service was very slow and inaccurate delivery of items ordered. The food was okay, but not worth the aggravation.

I loved the pretzel. I had a cheese one and it was so delicious and very fresh. However, only one server was taking cash as well as serving the pretzel in two different stations. It would be faster with two servers, one at each station.

I lived in LA for a while and Wetzel's Pretzels was always a yummy treat, so I was excited to see it here. While they are a bit expensive, they are pretty good for the occasional snack. Don't bother getting anything else on the menu, it's not worth it. Just get the pretzels! Pretzel bites are my favorite.

I hate to be one of those people to leave a bad review. I normally just keep it to myself. But we spent a fortune at this place, and while the pretzels themselves were good, I'll give them that, the service and attitude sucked. The credit card machine was down and there was no sign out to warn people. Thankfully I happened to have $25, which was how much it cost to get 2 pretzel bites, one regular lemonade, & one frozen lemonade. When I politely mentioned (seriously, I was very polite) to the young lady working the counter that a sign warning people about the CC machine might be a good idea, she flippantly responded that it's been intermittently going down & not her fault... OK, I said, still, a sign to warn people when it's down would be nice just in case they don't happen to have enough cash on them. The girl's attitude went down hill from there. Clenched jaw, angry glares, and not one other words spoken to us. I could tell she was mad as heck. She worked on our order while the other girl working sat on the phone chatting with someone & rolling out pretzel dogs. As I said, the pretzels were good, but the frozen lemonade we got tasted like pure syrup, literally so sour we couldn't drink it. The regular lemonade tasted like mostly water. Thankfully when we combined the two it was at least drinkable because there was no way we were heading back to Miss Attitude. All in all, very expensive & not at all the polite service we had come to expect at establishments located inside any of the Disney properties. By the way, if you do decide to order a drink from here, don't expect a straw, & don't bother asking for one unless you'd like another healthy dose of attitude; they are hidden around the corner.

I was expecting Auntie Anne's, which is a pretty low expectation if you ask me. I had just run the WDW Marathon so could afford to pack in the calories. How disappointing... the batter just isn't on par with other pretzels that I've had. After two bites this baby went straight into the garbage. Good thing there was a street performer near by to lift my mood.

The service here is absolutely awful, so beware. They put a damper on my entire day with how rude and slow they were. The cashier was the meanest of all. She had this ugly (rhymes with "witchy") look on her face the entire time, and it seemed as if she enjoyed the fact that we were dissatisfied. She should be fired. Disney would be better off without having her as an employee

Maybe I'm just used to Auntie Anne's & I haven't had a Wentzel pretzel recently. This one I had from the Disney Springs location was way too buttery. I love butter, but this tasted like it was soaked in it or grease. I was splitting it with my boyfriend & we both kept telling each other, you can have the rest. We finally threw the rest of the pretzel away. Not a fan of the soggy pretzel.
