Got transferred to Dana and she went silent on the call and refused to answer my callback attempts, after being transferred to her multiple timest and calling personal number she provided in voicemail. It's hot or miss whether or not you'll get immediate assistance over the phone with this company. I ended purchasing my torque converter on Ebay.
