I was contacted by bill a sales associate to get an estimate on my mobility van, after spending 2 hrs at between driving there and waiting on the appraisal, he told me , we can't give you a price since the van has rebuilt title, which was announced in the ad I had , he simply said it is his bad.. didn't even apologize . Which shows me lack of professionalism . I will not deal with this location again.

We are extremely happy with our buying experience at United Access Orlando- both our vehicle and the sales staff exceeded all expectations.Locating, ordering, and delivery of our BraunAbility Honda Odyssey was easy, and we were thrilled with how nice the van was... especially the price.Keith and Steve were helpful, professional, and just plain nice- they made this substantial purchase painless and pleasant.My husband and I can highly recommend the team at United Access Orlando- they do a great job!

I bought a van paid cash & they sold me a rusted out van. I'm now without a vehicle. I'm a disabled single mother and can't afford their scam now they only want to pay me a 1/3 of what I paid for me to buy another vehicle from them... it's a scam look elsewhere!!! my disabled sisters& brothers be aware of these true car sales ppl!!! they said they were going to send my van out west to fix & resal so unfortunately they will probably scam someone else... they have been reported but who knows... the disabled community really need help with this stuff!!!

What a wonderful group of people. They're not just in business to make money, they do what they do to help people live better lives, and they're excellent at doing it. We decided to bring my nieces to Disney World along with my mother and daughter. Bill set us up with a van that held the whole family, including my niece in her wheelchair, and my mother's scooter that we rented from them. The van was waiting for us at our gate at the airport with the scooter inside. We spent a week running around Orlando, going to 7 parks in 6 days, and we couldn't have done it without the Ability Center of Orlando. Every step of the way was filled with kindness and an eagerness to make our trip as wonderful as possible. It was an absolutely wonderful experience.

Ability Center is a real stand up disability friendly business. I met them while going through a frustrating service situation with a local competitor. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. I have been a wheelchair user for 26yrs and a small business owner for 20+yrs. I understand businesses can have bad moments but their competition is just a corporation that has lost touch with the human element and especially the fact that we have a disability and need these services. Steve is very responsive and has never told me anything he didn't follow through with. I highly recommend Ability Center.

This company has been absolutely stellar in service in friendliness and cost and every other thing you can imagine. They did some service work on my older high top conversion van with lift. They kept me updated at every step kept the cost low and they make you feel like you're the only customer they are dealing with. They are super friendly on the phone at the door everything. Don't waste your time going anywhere else you'll regret it! My only regret is that I am moving away as the mountains are calling in my retirement LOL but seriously this is an amazing staff of people to deal with whether you're doing service or you need a new vehicle.

Steve at Ability Center was fantastic to work with. I was in the market for a newer wheelchair accessible van, and he found me exactly what I needed! He was pleasant to work with, responded very quickly, and answered all my questions with great knowledge. They have a very good selection of vehicles at fair prices. My daughter was in a very serious accident and due to her injuries, at the time of her release from the hospital, it was necessary to transport her home in a wheelchair van. From the minute I contacted Steve Iturri at Ability Center of Orlando, he assured me that they were up to the task. I needed to rent a wheelchair van to transport her on multiple occasions and the service that I received was second to none. Steve was extremely accommodating. They worked with my schedule to pick up and return the van. Steve and Bob truly understand the needs of their customer base and help them in every way possible. Great job guys. I will refer you to everybody I can.

I can’t begin to say what a great experience we had purchasing a van from Ability Center of Florida for my dad. Having never purchased a handicap accessible van we were not sure what to expect. My mom and I worked with Steve and he was able to find exactly what was best for my mom to drive my dad around. They were very prompt in fixing the few minor issues with the van, and made the experience by far the best I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. The price for the van seemed very fair. I highly recommend them.
