Ordered a product online that my doctor recommended and paid for it. I got an invoice later by email and they added an extra $13.50 for shipping that was never disclosed during the order process. 1 small bottle doesn't ship for $13.50 and I'm not sure what their "service fee" covers in addition to that. Just be honest with your prices and don't steal on the backside!

Wholescripts supplements come in a generic white with black lettering little plastic bags. Sure there is a better name for their bags. After calling Customer Service and emailing Wholescripts they refused to let me know what I purchased. How do I know what brands of supplements I purchased? Wholescripts should be more Transparent with their customers. Wholescripts seem to hold many seminars and classes for a doctors to make a lot of money off of these products.

Terrible customer service. Rude and dismissive. They claim no refunds just so they can keep people's money. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and will be disputing the charge from my credit card.

I had a refill done at WholeScripts Pharmacy that was previously filled at Walmart. I could not believe the price difference! Everyone needs to have their prescriptions filled at WholeScripts Pharmacy.... you won't believe the savings! Fast friendly service!

It's been very slow service with this company. I ordered over a month ago, and never received anything that I ordered. It's as if it was never processed. Then last Friday I placed the same order again and just got an email 2 days ago saying it was shipped but the order will still not be here until the est arrival date 1/24. I should have just used a local place. Won't order again.
