Francheska, the manager was kind enough to let me in the store close to closing time and offered her help! Mackenzie Yuli was amazing , kind and attentive! She helped me find my a whole classy sexy fit for my special day! Also Zaniyah was kind and sweet , offering me a clean neat dressing room to try on the clothes. So appreciative of this store and employees!

I made a purchase at Windsor Stock and my experience was awful. The store failed to deliver my order, and when I tried to reach out, I didn’t receive any satisfactory response. They have no commitment to their customers and don’t seem interested in resolving issues. Definitely do not recommend and will never shop there again.

Really bad customer service, the manager is super rude. She screamed at me and my mother in front of everyone just because we were trying to make a return for other sandals. She claimed that she told us that it was final sale but she NEVER did, i recommend MAKING SURE to tell customers that a product is final sale and change the manager she could've handled it better and be nicer to frequent customers like us. It is extremely disrespectful and upsetting the way we got treated. Do better.

Amazing customer service! I was greeted by Thai as soon as I entered and asked if I was in need of help. She was there to help me every step of the way and set up a fitting room and picked out options along with me. She found me the perfect dress for my event that she just received in shipment. She was very honest in which dress best suited me She was very productive with her time when not assisting me and her other customers. The company is lucky to have her.

This is the second time I purchased a dress for my granddaughter from this store. They let her try on as many dresses as she wanted until she found the perfect one. No appointment is necessary but they do get very busy on the weekends. Their prices are much better than Cinderella dresses and so is the customer service.

I purchased a dress online, when it was delivered it was a completely different dress.
I purchased a white dress for my graduation. I got a navy sparkly dress. I am very frustrated by this situation. I don’t have time to find a new dress anymore and their policy to refund is absolutely crazy. They’re making me return this wrong dress before I get my money back. I now have to go out of my way to return this when it was a mistake on their end. the compensation they offered was 30% off…. I don’t even want to shop here anymore, I don’t know what im gonna get in the mail.
