he's been a professional from start to finish....I recommend everyone to at least come check the car lot for a very good quality vehicle.....

First of all, let me say this. When purchasing a used vehicle, you can expect to have some issues, and wear and tear to the vehicle. It is very important to have some knowledge or someone you can take with you when purchasing anything used. I was skeptical at first about purchasing a car from here because of the mix reviews. After calling and talking with Natalia, all of my skepticism went out the door. She was nothing but nice, honest and very informative when I ask her about the vehicle I was interested in. She even took it on a test drive for me, because it was during the week and I couldn't get to her until the weekend. She went well above my expectations and honestly, I wouldn't have gotten my truck if it wasn't for her. The owner Tim is a good guy, but in my opinion is a little cheap and could do a little better in the service of his vehicle as far as matching tires, and brake service's, but hey I understand in these hard times we all are trying to save some money. He does the basics though (oil, change and fluids top offs)so I want complain to much. I also think if he correct little things like the things I mentioned up top,it would raise his reviews from that 3.9 to a high 4. Honestly though I think he is genuinely a good guy. He did replace my tail lights with knew ones for me and if you have any issues they will work with you to get them fix. Overall I had a good experience and Natalia was the best.

I bought my most recent SUV from here and couldn’t be happier. They were completely honest exactly what they said it was. Even offered to replace a part that I noticed afterwards. Great people, honest and truly a wonderful place to buy a vehicle.

Drove 2 hours to the dealership. Test drove the Ram 1500 and loved the truck. Went to finalize the paperwork and we were pre-approved from our bank. The bank went to approve the sale and told us they won’t finance the truck because it has structural damage. I asked the day before I drove over if there were any issues with the truck and I was told no. Waste of time and gas. I would not trust any of the vehicles they are selling. The owner told me that he didn’t know the truck had structural damage. Buyer beware!

Would never buy a car there again.
Been lied to and they sold us a lemon. Had the car 2 months and it’s started giving me problems and now the car has been at the dealership for the past 3 months no car and now having to buy a car because of the piece of crap car they sold me!!! So definitely don’t recommend going to this place.

Tim & financial manager were very helpful, saved me money & were super honest about the processes & car itself. I came after a complete nightmare at KIA & was very hesitant but I couldn’t of had a better experience

From the very first moment my wife and I stepped foot on their lot, Tim went out of his way to be respectful and courteous. Tim wasn't pushy or overbearing at all, which was so pleasant!
After letting him know what kind of car I was looking for, he politely let me know that there wasn't anything on the lot at the moment that would fit my needs.
Tim then decided to bend all the rules and go way out of his way to have a hand selected automobile delivered to the lot later in the day. He did not want me to leave unsatisfied and was determined to give me what I needed. Later that day, Tim had delivered a 2017 Black Jetta that looked like the car I had pictured in my mind! He also went to the trouble to have it detailed by hand before I got there to look at it--- all of this with no guarantees I would purchase. Not only am I excited about the Jetta and test driving it tomorrow, but I am still in shock with how much amazing customer service could come from a local auto dealer!
Tim is a wonderful representation of how the car industry should be......if you haven't worked with him yet---- you are missing out!

DONT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. car is listed on their website for one price, scroll to the bottom of the page and it says “PRICE LISTED IS AFTER $1000 DOWN OR TRADE IN!!!” lying scamming dirtbags. fire your internet manager.

I found a vehicle online I was interested in and the price seemed very reasonable. I contacted this dealer and Tim sent me the carfax to my email. After going over it, I called Tim back and we came to a price that we both agreed on. Only problem is, I'm over 2 hours away. Tim gave his word to me over the phone he would honor the price. Me and my wife finally got there and the vehicle was in better shape than I thought. Absolutely no pressure from Tim when looking over the vehicle. We bought it. Loved the experience and the car we got from them. Tim even made sure our insurance got switched over. Something I've never experienced from another dealer. Thank you guys!

Do not listen to the reviews I was sold a vehicle that was a bmw with 50k auto loan they had sold me a used lemon I purchased the vehicle & had done an oil change same day of purchasing the vehicle and with in less than 2,000 miles drive the vehicle motor blew they are not willing to do anything after I was sold a lemon
