“READ! It is typical at outlet stores not to get any service but this store is different. Specially came here because I needed to get the Strawberry Jar bag for a friend living halfway across the world. It was sold out everywhere including this store. I was a little devastated. Both Nandy and Sarah went up and beyond, patiently taking half an hour to help me search the entire US for a store which had stock for this very sought after piece. After multiple calls, they finally found one and managed to even get that store to let me place a special order online and have it shipped to my address.
