This has to be the worst place to stay - I was at a conference and this was the overbooked hotel alternative - it was basic! No room cleaning each day, bed was not made or changed when they did come in for what must have been 2 minutes … no inroom replenishments of coffee, bathroom amenities including hand towels!! The bar closed at 10pm each night - we arrived at 10.25 to be told no orders for drinks even though there were people still drinking there. The staff just sent to have no clue or care for giving customer service - I waited 2 days for coffee creamer that never arrived before I checked out. The checkout was pharisaical, the checkout girl took 15 minutes to rectify a charge on my bill before I had to leave before she finished and was going to email me my final portfolio - I’m still waiting two weeks on …. The decor of the rooms was drab to say the least and bright orange painted cupboard doors were different! The toilet was just fitting in the bathroom that as a tall person I had to sit sideways and the shower ran hot and cold on its own … for a 6 day stay I was given one small shampoo and body wash ….the location wasn’t bad but be aware of hoodie people hanging around at night from the nearby pharmacy on the corner as it’s an open resort with no apparent security that I saw and the block doors do not shut properly to access the rooms so anyone can walk into the blocks where the rooms are on two floors. It was not a pleasant experience and I won’t be back thankfully!

Staff was rude, extremely unfriendly, and many appeared like they just rolled out of bed. Room was pretty clean and okay experience for a cheap hotel. Liked the location.

Absolutely the worst Wyndham I have ever stayed in. And I have traveled a lot. The room I was given the first time was filthy with a broken toilet, dried urine, and hair all around the base of the toilet. (Yes I shared pictures with the front desk). Bring your own amenities like shampoo conditioner lotion as the ones in the room had been used and left for the next person. They gave me a different room that wasn’t any better! I bought my own bleach wipes at the WaWa and wiped down my own room. No service of the room for the 4 days staying here. Couldn’t get refills on the coffee, clean cups, or towels. That’s one good thing about staying at the WaWa. Took out my own trash, my patio LITERALLY was in the WaWa parking lot. I mean literally. Avoid building 11 and for sure room 1154 at all costs. The door to my room was damaged and would not close correctly. Beautiful property by the pool. Not that I was able to see any of it as my view was of the WaWa gas pumps. I’m pretty sure the second room they gave me in the WaWa parking lot was punishment for complaining about the broken toilet and dried urine in the bathroom. At least I would hate to think that they would intentionally give this room out as a regular room. I’m sure it has to be the one they give you if you complain. Wyndham should drop this property like a bad habit. It is a stain on the franchise. Much like the stains on the shower curtain and comforters in my room.Rooms: Dirty Dirty Dirty. Bring your own amenities and bleach wipes.Safety: Could not open the curtains because it exposed me to every person in the WaWa parking lot. Kept black out curtains closed the whole time for safety.Noteworthy details: Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. I get that it is old and waiting for renovation but there is no excuse for filthy rooms and lack of service. I see the responses from management here regarding the rooms and how sorry they are for everyone’s experience. Then do something about it. The conference center was ok.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I am writing this review within hours of arriving. The room is awful and deeply depressing. The carpet is frayed and stained. I am keeping my shoes on whilst in the room. The pattern messes with your eyes. There are ants in the bathroom and the furniture is cheap and rundown and chipped. The bed valence has pulls and is all bobbly. But the worse thing is the toilet blocked after first use bringing number 2’s floating to the top. We called reception three times and each time the phone was picked up and put down. So we walked over and explained the situation and was told an engineer would meet us in our room. Nothing as of yet. I complained to the receptionist and asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no one until maybe 8am the next day. I find that hard to believe. that the hotel does not have a manager at all times. We sat by the pool area as I could not bear to be in the room and there were cigarette buts all over the floor. Also the cushions on the sun lounges were dirty so put me off sitting on them. All in all a terrible experience and my first visit to America too. We are calling the travel agent who booked the package for us first thing tomorrow as it’s now 11pm and still no engineer to fix the toilet yet. We are both shattered as we have had a long drive and want to go to sleep but need to wait for the engineer. Nothing this hotel can say or do will make this alright. The toilet was not even cleaned out when the engineer had finished which surly is a health hazard. It looked a state. I woke up to red bugs on my bed and on the wall. We checked out even though we were booked for two nights and got another hotel further up which is superb and with a pool which I had to myself so bonus. If I had to have another night there I would have slept in the car.If you have booked this hotel, please think again. I hear they are closing down reading the other reviews on here which I think is a good thing.

Would not recommend this hotel. Rooms smelled like mildew, television did not work in the room, safe did not work, had no water the first day, no water the second day and ended my stay a day early due to miserable conditions. 100% would recommend finding an alternative place to stay.Rooms: Rooms were not great. Uncomfortable beds and little bugs all over.

Our first room had the appearance of recent mold mediation, poorly re-patched and painted ceiling, wood furniture with water damage and was filthy. The smell of mold was so strong we had to change rooms after two days. The second room was marginally better but was still filthy and there were numerous signs of Brocken wall plaster, moldy wood and fungus growth. It was later mentioned to us by an employee the entire structure was scheduled for demolishing January 2025 and thus we figured out why there was no an active maintenance being conducted on the premises.Rooms: Both rooms were old, tired, thin blankets, malfunctioning air conditioning, water logged rotten wood furniture, mold, water damage and very little maintenance.

10/10 experience great vibes amazing staff and the outside restaurant was amazing. Booked this room on accident and went to the celebration the following day doesn’t compare to the international drive location!

Best value in Orlando -- clean, nice, cost-effective, free parking, great location, nice staff, GREAT VALUE!Walkability: I HATE spending big bucks on a small breakfast --you can walk around the corner to WaWa and pick up something yummy and not break the bank. This place is a FIND!

I stayed at this resort pre covid and it was decent. Something has gone amiss as the housekeeping here is terrible. When I checked into my room, the floor clearly had not been vacuumed and there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. There was actually a puddle of urine behind the toilet and it was not cleaned during my 5 day stay...I just got brave enough to do a swipe test hoping it was rust or something! Nope, it was actually pee! The unvacuumed floor is one thing, but staying in a room with someone else's pee is nasty. I let the front desk know as I was checking out and they said they'd take care of it, but why is no one checking these things?! If guests need to clean their own rooms, at least supply cleaning supplies. The property itself is very pretty if you can get past the cleanliness issues.Rooms: Bring your own cleaning supplies

The hotel is in a prime location next to the Icon Park. There are so many food opportunities within walking distance. It was packed with international conference folks which indicated it was a popular spot. The room could use some love, but it was clean and the wifi was free.

Let’s start with the pros first:Property is well maintainedThe pool and bar is very niceThey have mini fridges in the roomNo fee for parkingLocation is close to all the theme parks and other activitiesOnly an hour from coco beach [day trip]Staff very helpfulCons:The rooms were severely outdatedIn building 7 the door did not lock 100% of the timeThe bathroom door did not shutThe toilet did not flush 100%The AC did not work the room would not go below 74 and it was very humidThe AC produced a mold smell (we placed car air fresheners to help with the smell)The tub has a ton of rustThe sheets did not fit the bed and you were left sleeping on parts of the bare mattress (definitely checked for bugs but we did not see any)The floors were free of debris but after walking on them the bottom of your feet turned black (I purchased 6$ slipppers from Walmart)Rooms: See above
