It’s such an amazing feeling to have someone that is passionate about what they do to help others. I’ve been working with Alan for 3 months and it has been some of the best workouts I’ve had. He really pushes me to my fullest potential because I’m always telling myself I’m weak or I can’t do a workout until it’s done. He also sell this detox that’s so amazing(see photo). I look forward to reaching my goals with his assistance already down 25 lbs.

Amazing classes and the owner is very knowledgeable, helped me plan a healthy comeback to working out. it was sad I left due to relocating. I recommend anyone looking to get and stay fit to stop by and join.

If you are serious about getting fit but lack the motivation, please go see Alan and he will get you the results you want. If you are willing to put in the work, he will provide the customized work out in your personal training sessions. I've been using Alan for five years now and appreciate all he does for me and my wife.

Best gym in town. Has classes early morning, evening, and one on ones through out the day. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else

The best decision I made in 2016 was to join Xtreme Fitness. Consistency is key and without Alan's help, that would not be possible. Xtreme Fitness is more than just working out, it's becoming fit and having a healthy lifestyle while building friendships. Best trainers and quality. 30 min workout and you feel like a rockstar when you leave!

Alan is an awesome trainer! He is definitely XTREME, but very knowledgeable. The things he notices during training sessions attest to his knowledge and insight of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. It is simply marvelous!
