When shopping at the Yes store I had the best experience.The service was exceptional, everyone was very friendly and fully knowledgeable about the products. The variety of electronics is impressive, from smartphones, iPhones to notebooks, Macbooks, iPads and state-of-the-art tablets. Furthermore, the perfume section is a paradise for the senses, with options for all tastes and preferences.What impressed me most was the quality of the products and the guarantee offered by the store. I bought an imported perfume and a PS5 with a controller, and both are working perfectly. The store also offers competitive prices and regular promotions, which is a big plus.The store is well organized and clean, with a pleasant and modern atmosphere. Service time is quick and efficient, and staff are always available to help with any questions or problems.In short, the YES store is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for electronics and perfumes, quality luggage and more, with exceptional service and competitive prices. The yes brasil store is simply wonderful with the new administrators..She divides it into 12 installments with Brazilian card, Pix paper, etc. I highly recommend it.. the wonderful advice. I loved visiting the YES BRASIL store in Orlando.

My experience was terrible, we went to the store and the salespeople were great, as I was just there to check out I only got a chocolate and a lip gloss, I stood in line at the checkout to pay, in front of me was a family and before them there was a couple being served , they had spent a lot, as it was taking a while the cashier girl asked an employee to go and assist the family who was in front of me at the other cashier, finally they were attended to and when it was my turn I went after the family and simply the girl closed the register and left without saying anything, the other one who was serving the couple continued to serve and I was completely ignored by both of them who at no point looked at my face, not even to say, lady, wait a bit, I'll get back to you, I was simply ignored, I don't know if it was because of the price as I only took two little things, but I'll never set foot there again and I wouldn't recommend it, I went to check it out and was very disappointed, there was a lack of empathy and respect on the part of the cashiers.
