I had a wonderful experience at Zales! The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Julie helped us and she was amazing—very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We walked in on March 1, 2025 just to explore our options and we were greeted by Julie! She was such a pleasure and very thorough with details included in our purchase. We were unsure of what we were going to purchase, but she helped us narrow down the options and come to a final decision where we walked away with my engagement ring, his band and my wedding ring. It only took about a week to get them sized and they came back perfect! Julie, we can't thank you enough for a wonderful experience and Zales, the amazing and affordable pricing you guys offer. Julie was a lifesaver! My engagement ring was purchased 13 years ago on an old warranty plan that most people can’t find. But Julie took the time to get it all situated to prevent future issues of other reps not being able to locate my diamond warranty!! Thank you so much Julie!!!
