I had a terrible experience at Zara. I drove two hours to make an exchange, and the manager didn’t even try to help or find a solution. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. After all that effort, I left frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not the kind of service I expected from a major brand like Zara — I won’t be coming back.

It took me a very long time to pick up my order. I stood at the pick-up counter, there were no employees in the hall, and no one was going to help me. After a while, I saw employees walking by and going behind the curtain, apparently it was lunchtime, I don't know for sure. No one even noticed that I was standing there waiting for them. After a while, an employee came out without even saying hello. This left a bad impression, and the long wait was exhausting.

At the Zara in Florida Mall, they sold me a torn shirt. The next day I realized it. I took them to make the change but they didn't want to do it.

Horrible mess, the manager named Ana have two people struggling downstairs unable to hold the line. People sneaking in through the return lines instead of doing the regular line to pay for their purchase. No sign to be found for package pickup up in the kids section.

“I really like Zara’s clothes because I find their designs unique, but this is the second time I’ve bought shorts and the hem stitching has come undone. I tried to exchange them and they said it was because I washed them, but I always hand wash my clothes. I ended up losing $50 on a pair of shorts that was already defective on the very first day of use. I was very disappointed with the brand.”

Yesterday I searched for an order online with my father, we went to the second floor where the order is being sought, and avia 3 employees talking about where the perfumes are, another employee, I went ahead with the scanner looking for something inside the fitting room, my father called for attention to the 3 employees because none of them are already realizing that we are already there, if, as is not more important, being gossip instead of doing their job, nowadays customer service is garbage. I never look for anything again, oh, never buy anything in this store is a lack of respect for the customer because of the employees and I know they are doing well because if I were a supervisor, oh, the manager has already called their attention, but as always they were not...
