I picked up an order from here. It came in a box. I asked if I could have a bag so that it would be easy to hold while I walked around the mall. They wanted to charge me 50 cents for a bag because they are for “purchases only”….. girl…I just purchased some pants…

I love Zara but cannot stand the customer service here in 2023, at the FL Mall. The products are great but leadership cares little about the repeat customers or experience of customer in store for a long period of time now.Every time I’m shop here the team is despondent and fatigued. The lines are long and they carelessly look over the unhappiness and continue to do little side projects that are not that important to the customers here and now trying to pay and go.Please hire more front store agents, or some type of leadership that will hop in and bang it out!

Now they created a new return policy, if you don’t have the receipt, they only exchange it for the same item and same color. And the worse part, they don’t ask for your email or phone number at the checkout anymore, it means you’l haven’t way to change the items, they are making all this to not change anymore. PAY ATTENTION AT THE CHECKOUT OR DONT BUY IF YOU’RE NOT SURE ABOUT THE ITEM

Great selection of items...unfortunately Iwon't go back! Went on yesterday to make a return for the 2nd time. 1st time unable to make return because I forgot my receipt. Ok. No problem. 2nd time i return with receipt, clothes unworn, and all tags attached. The employee was rude, did not speak English, and proceeded to inspect every item as though he wanted a reason to decline the return. As a matter of fact...no one at the counter seemed to speak English. Horrible service...Maybe if I spoke Spanish and my complexion was lighter things would've been different.Seems to be the narrative here in Orlando now.

I love the brend, but the experience at the store is more than painful!Very bad customer service. Escalator are always broken, whenever I'm there... No changing rooms, no good assistance... Staff is borderline rude.

They are so polite when you are shopping. However, when it's time to pay, all their cashiers are rude. They smile and are so friendly to Spanish shoppers. If you are a white American or a Black American stay away.

Very uneducated staff!I have years visiting this same location and this past Monday 7/10/2023 felt like was in a whole different place staff wasn’t helpful whatsoever plus gave the actual manager in duty to correct a problem and he did nothing.One of the staff members made a mistake misplacing many of the same items and I had already made a huge line just for that one item and again it wasn’t just that one item there it was many and different colors I understand what I was seen that was the right place and price. When I called the manager on duty he called the member and just let them know there was a mistake but did nothing about the time I lost waiting to pay so I ended up leaving without it.Very unfair and unpleasant experience.

Had 2 items to try on at store that I wanted to purchase but since I live over an hour away, want to make sure they fit. They closed their dressing room 30 minutes before the stores closed & wouldn't let try anything on. If I could give 0 stars I would. Left without purchasing anything.

The most disrespectful and racist set of employees I have ever experienced in my life. The manger is so disrespectful and rude. As a black woman, I should be able to shop and have the same treatment as everyone else who buys from this store. I was just simply looking at clothes and wanted to return an item I already got from online, I was racially profiled and yelled at for “spending too much time in the store”. I felt so belittled and disrespected (being the ONLY African American woman in the store). I did nothing wrong, I was just simply browsing and to get singled out and yelled at from the manager made me feel like I was not even welcomed in the store. I will never shop there again after the way I was treated.

When I went to this store I had an EMPLOYEE CUSS AT ME in the fitting room in front of a very long line! I accidentally put my tried-on clothes on the wrong rack…he picked them up, slammed them on another rack, and said “Damn!” to me. I had other items in mind that I wanted to try on but felt so uncomfortable I just left.I’ve been to this store twice now and I can confidently say I will never go back. The first time I went I noticed the bad customer service but I was so excited to shop there considering it was my first time going into a Zara instead of shopping online. But this…this was something else.I understand that this store has a lot of foot traffic and workers can be frustrated but coming from someone who was a manager of a big retail store, this was absolutely absurd in so many ways. I honestly don’t know how they keep this store open, especially with 99% of their reviews being 1 or 2 stars with complaints about the employees.

Be aware when you do a return. They never scan all of your items and you will not receive the refund for one of them. It’s happened to me and my friends at least 5 times in 12 months. I had to contact customer service to receive my refund. It’s never happens at Zara Disney Springs

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was so excited to go to this Zara because I had never been in one before. But today I actually had a worker CUSS AT ME in the fitting room in front of other customers for putting clothes on an empty rack because the other was full. Instead of saying something, I simply walked out without buying anything. This is only my second time going to this Zara and I won't be going back. The first time I went here I noticed customer service was bad but ignored it because I'm just there to shop. But this was awful and not worth shopping here. I felt so uncomfortable.

The store is nice, but the staff is consistently rude. I have been shopping at this location for the past 3 years, and the staff is just unfriendly. They never greet you and completely ignore you at the cash register and fitting rooms. They treat customers as a burden. I simply go to this location because it is more convenient for me, but the Disney Springs Zara is far better. I would’ve given the store 1 star due to customer service, but the store itself is nice and fully stocked so 2 stars was my final decision.

Stood in line for over 30 minutes went to the register paid for my items got to the door sensor went off how embarrassing next step took around 20 minutes for them to figure out what sensor it was then I had to pay a difference because the shirt that had the sensor was a different price when they actually run in the system then they requested for me to pay the difference. How can I pay the difference when you’re in the shirt at that price? That’s not my fault
