Great experience with Zerorez! Lucas was so professional, friendly, and thorough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, and my couch and loveseat cushion look amazing! Lucas even has his own personal touch with the triangle pattern he creates from brush strokes on the fabric, which looks very polished! Loved it and will be calling Zerorez for any carpet or upholstery needs.

Nick called when he was on the way. He was on time. So polite! Took a look at the problem areas of my carpet. Then got right to work. He explained each step of the cleaning process to me and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job. I always recommend Zerorez for all your cleaning needs - they do more than just carpets . And Nick represented the company very well.

Justin was an excellent choice for our service person. He was meticulous conscious. We were very satisfied with the work he did. He explained everything he was doing and worked hard to get our sofa as cleaned as possible based on the fact that it was an older sofa that needed a little extra care.
