Waited in line for 45 minutes as the only person I. Line behind one woman at a counter telling the rep her life story and every detail of her life. Literally move along. We are all trying to get to our destinations and some people are so ignorant and oblivious to others around them. The reps may need training or a sign that helps talkative Tonya move her butt out of the way

Not impressed. Regularly use SIXT but this location is awful. Car wasn't full of gas even though the rental agreement said it was, dirty, high-mileage car and the guy at the counter was about as unhelpful as someone could be.

Worst experience I've ever had renting from Sixt. Never again Sixt? When renting, you no longer receive a printout of the existing defects in the vehicle. So I took photos of everything to be on the safe side. When returned it turned out that there were no defects noted. Would have to prove everything with pictures
What's that supposed to mean? Does Sixt need that? The tank was also empty. I was told that I should fill up the tank myself and then return it empty. And now I would be charged $97 for gas. And the worst thing: the inside of the vehicle smelled extremely like cigarettes. We complained but didn't get another vehicle because apparently there wasn't one there... When we returned it, we pointed this out and complained. And as a thank you, we were now charged $500 for smoking in the car and $250 for an extra cleaning. A complaint to Sixt Germany didn't help at all. Promised callbacks and clarification are not forthcoming. That's why I'm now going to take legal action and never rent a car from Sixt again...

Don’t support this business since they run a parking scam and regularly tow unsuspecting travelers’ vehicles to make extra money ($250/car kickback) at MCO. They share a lot with MCO parking and hang a little sign on the side of a column that can’t be seen so they can say there is a sign telling you not to park there. If they truly didn’t want you to park there, they would have clear/large/visible signs to direct you to the parking area. The lot was empty so it’s not like it was full of rental cars. It’s a cash grab and the counter girl was smug and waiting with her laminated paper to tell you how to get the car back. The tow company said they keep a truck on site because SIXT calls them multiple times a day and has a lot full of impounded MCO vehicles. It’s not a coincidence that dozens of people would make the same mistake each week. They want you to park there so they can get paid for the two release. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Very nice guy at the front desk, of course as per work rules he tried to add and sell us the whole damn thing, but quickly realized we had done this before and it ended up cool and we walked out very satisfied and will do business with them again

I recently rented a car from Sixt at Orlando Airport, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. When I picked up my vehicle, the representative told me that the toll pass service was unavailable due to the toll system being out of service from the recent hurricane. I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for tolls during my rental period. However, after returning the car, I noticed unexpected toll charges on my account.
This has been extremely frustrating, as I relied on the information provided by Sixt's staff. I reached out to customer service but have yet to see this issue resolved. If this isn’t handled properly, I’ll definitely think twice before choosing Sixt again for my rentals. Very disappointing experience.
Update: I contacted the customer service as advices and their response was very disappointing.

I hope someone from SIXT reaches out to me over this complaint. We landed at Orlando without a car reservation hoping to either Uber or rent a car quickly because a family member was on her death bed and we hoped to make it in time. No line at Sixt so we hopped in. Women at the counter said she only had one car left and said it was too high of a price but has a friend that can get us a better deal. She took my number and within a couple seconds a guy calls and directed us to wait at spot C272. A van was there but he told us it was the wrong one. This guy told us to use caution. 20 minutes later a van showed up and the guy opened the back but that was it. No help. Then said we had to wait for another guy. He was whispering into his phone. That was it. Should never have been in that situation in the first place. We jumped off and got an Uber to Daytona. First the employee was directing to a shaddy friend and sixt is losing business. Second, extremely frightening practice. Red flags everywhere on this. Never will I go to this company.
RED FLAGS!!!!!

I'll start of this review mentioning that in general I love SIXT. Great cars, great customer service. This Orlando airport location was lacking in a few areas though...
1. Despite entering all of our info ahead of time, there was no way to do a pre-check in and we needed to wait in line only to decline all the extras we had already declined in our pre-paid reservation through SIXT.
2. We were told by two staff members that day that the tolls were off for FL given Hurricane Helene was nearby. Despite bringing my own toll pass, I was told I didn't need to use it. I ended up being charged $20 by SIXT for the one $2 toll we went through that night (the tolls were indeed working normally) and despite proving that I had used my toll pass other days and registered the car, SIXT continues to refuse to remove the charge. Multiple phone calls, a lodged complaint, and I still have no answer or sympathy from SIXT for the misinformation provided by their own staff. I can not get a hold of anyone in Orlando to discuss this further. If anything, I was offered to pay an ADDITIONAL $90 to add a toll pass to the renal retrospectively to remove the $20 charge. How does that make any sense?
3. Many of the staff in the parking lot during check out and return where just sitting in chairs starting at their phones. We seemed to be a bother when returning a car and it took a while for a member to look up from their phone to check us out.
Overall great car and rental, but this station really drags down SIXT, as evidenced by the multiple reviews similar to mine.
