“My wife was vacationing down in Daytona area. Truck broke down on the way home. She was panicking and stressed. The tow truck driver took it here. Possible transmission issue? Maybe. I arrived later that night and went to the shop early Friday. Dustin had not looked at it yet. I took a look and he allowed me to try to figure it out on my own when the symptoms happed I thought it was the truck’s rear differential. I checked for any fluids leaking out, checked the break calipers as I had to tighten a bolt there not long ago and did not see anything. I let Dustin handle. He called me about 20 min after I left and said it was the calipers. I must have missed when I looked but there was a bolt missing in one. He did not over charge for labor, charged no markup on the bolt and within one hour we were back on the road. Thanks Dustin. Thanks for helping keep my wife calm in a stressful day. We got home safely Saturday afternoon with no further issues.”

“My wife and I were traveling from Tennessee to Ormond Beach to celebrate our 54th anniversary on Sunday, August 18th when we had car problems about 30 miles North from exit 273, which is the exit we needed to get off 95. We were able to make it to the exit before the car shut completely down. We had no idea where to take the car. We googled car repair shops and decided to have the car towed to Karl's since we were staying on Ormond Beach. It was without a doubt the best decision we made. Karl repaired our car on Monday (it was the alternator). He was very efficient and very very fair on the price. Very honest about everything he did. He could have told us that it was probably anything and we would have been at his mercy. Again, very honest man and does excellent work. I would highly recommend Karl's!!”

Scheduling appointments is extremely easy and convenient (online booking and weekend availability is VERY handy for those who work weekdays)… when waiting in their waiting area, I can even hear staff speaking with walk-ins and they always try to accommodate to the best of their abilities, while remaining honest and realistic on potential wait times.
Diagnostic pricing for various systems is reasonable.
After diagnosing, they go over the results with you along with a price quote and get your permission prior to proceeding.
They showed great flexibility by agreeing to a last minute bulb replacement that wasn’t originally on my service ticket.
Their communication to customers is immaculate. Nick at the front desk reached out to me the day before my scheduled appointment to offer me a sooner time, because they had a last minute opening… even as I sit in the waiting room, I can even hear him reaching out to customers to provide updates, and general follow-ups. He’s always super polite, too! ((There is another fella at the front desk who deserves a superb shoutout, but I didn’t catch his name. It was when I had my AC serviced in June!))
Super easy and convenient place to have your car serviced. So far I’ve had my AC serviced, TPMS sensors replaced, ABS sensors replaced, and a blinker bulb replaced… I’ve had a great experience every time!”

“Only can give 5 stars but 10 deserved. I’m a Canadain her on vacation and had my alternator go on my vehicle. His awesome wife gave us a drive back to our rental and he came and picked me up once completed. With the canadain dollar starting to resemble the Mexican peso, I found his price extremely fair, since I didn’t really have any options I was nervous but the same repair back home would have been the same price. I would definitely recommend A&D Auto to anybody but especially to out of towners Hope this never happens again while on vacation but glad to know I found such a great place. Thanks again for saving our vacation”
