?I got an ATM machine error two weeks ago. I didn't get my money back yet. They gave me " credit not actually money until 45 days to investigate and finishes my claim "Even if I have machine error pictures and error code receipts. It actually a lot of work to get my money back!?add info: they took out my money without notice. After I claimed, I got credit.I have no idea how they could not find the error and just take it from my account.How to explain the ATM deposit record on my account?I will update more information later on how they figure it out.

If their tellers till is off they will remove money from your account even though it wasn't you. Worst bank ethics and customer service I've seen.

Guy in front was (I thought) making multiple transactions. Turned out the stupid ATM ? was difficult and not user friendly. I was prompted to continue through making a withdraw and completing it then no cash was delivered!.. it asked if I wanted to make another trans, when I did found I had put in the wrong pin. When I corrected it and went through previous steps, I received my cash.I felt bad for being impatient with the guy in front of me.

Horrible customer service. Understaffed but still doesn't give them excuse to be rude. Lazy people for sure.

I went there on 09-21-2021,I tried to pay bill to my credit card,but the ATM took the money and there is no money in my account,so I asked for help,they are not able to help

Went to this bank on 8/10/21for a medallion signature on a stock power form to transfer assets to a special needs trust. The " Financial SolutionsAdvisor" told me it would take a few days. They had my phone number and e mail. Went back to the bank 8/24/21 , after no one from the bank communicated with me, to get some answers.To find out on 8/24/21 that the medallion request was denied on8/11/21 the day after the request was made. No one called me or E mailed me and I WAITED AND WAITED FOR THIS IMPORTANT DOCUMENT. When I went to the bank on 8/24/21 Brian did not want to speak to us and passed us off to a clerk that knew nothing about this.Viktoriya Frye the"solutions advisor" was not there.She had a responsibility to call us on 8/11/21 after the cancellation but did not.She was interested in telling us about MERRILL INVESTMENTS.Never would I invest after this service. today 8/24/21 I did receive an e mail after I RETURNED FROM THE BANK. This is a poorly run bank.I will leave it ASAP.. This is not my first disappointment at this bank...

Just wanted to say thank you to an employee named Raya that helped my mom with legal stuff today. Raya must have the patience of a saint. After 3 hours, multiple phone calls and a million reprints, she was still kind, professional and overall, just excellent in how she dealt with everything. This is so rare nowadays. Thank you so much.

Waited patiently in line for 30 minutes, with no greet.. noone to check us in or give an approx wait time. Only goodbthat came out of my visit was Ms. Raia she is surely a keeper.

If you are a small business owner avoid this bank. I had a CD that expired on Saturday, December 19, 2020. BOA was open 21-23 and then closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Then on the fifth business day they were open, December 29, I redeemed the CD. BOA charged a fee saying the time period to redeem the CD had expired. Just a kick in the teeth to a small business owner.
