“We stumbled upon this gem when my daughter needed her screen replaced. First let me say the service was excellent the first time around. So much so I keep their flyer in my desk draw. Then yesterday I scheduled an appointment at Best Buy for them to fix her phone. Due to their latest update she was unable to get into it. They would not even attempt to fix it so my husband took her Family Technology Group and they fixed it FOR FREE!!
Instead of just keeping this information in my draw it is now in ALL our phones.

“Shaquan was very informative. I knew from a previous visit that the Kindle was a mother board issue. As he told me that was more than likely. But I left it for (a cost) for the advanced tech to make a determination. Unfortunately that didn't change the outcome. I now await the diagnosis of my laptop. Shaquan has explained that a cord could be the screen issue. He seems to have knowledge of what could be wrong but for the advanced tech to check the item, there's a significant cost. If the item can be fixed that is great but you're out the cost if it can't. All in all, I understand that is the cost of doing business. But Shaquan has been the front line employee who hit the mark on one of my items.”
