Most reviews highlight the helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly a team member named Pat, who assisted customers in finding the right bed without pressure. Many shoppers report positive experiences, including hassle-free returns and quick resolutions to minor issues. One customer received excellent service when upgrading to a new mattress after finding the first one too hard. Another customer praised the fast response to a concern about a mattress, noting that a replacement was delivered in less than a week. However, there have been some concerns regarding delivery times and communication, as one customer experienced a long wait for complimentary items that were initially promised. Despite this, the resolution was appreciated when the items were eventually received. Overall, customers express satisfaction with the store's service and selection, often wishing they had visited earlier.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping for a mattress with Pat. He was helpful and not pushy like other salesman. He let us take our time to find the right mattress. If you're interested in a mattress, you must go here first.

David is a wonderful salesperson. He is not pushy, very professional and respectful. He allowed me to take my time and lay on all the bed, answered my questions and gave me good helpful information. I ultimately made my decision to buy!!
