Very friendly staff, in the store and while giving my dog her updated shots they approached her very calming and the gentleman that helped the vet sat down with her was petting her to keep her calm. The store and staff are awesome! The groomers on the other hand are not. It says no appointments are necessary for a nail trimming , I took my dog there on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times was told they didn’t have time . Should consider making appointments available for nail trimmings as well.
