Publix Pharmacy at Ormond Beach Mall is an excellent pharmacy known for its incredibly knowledgeable and very patient staff. The team provides the absolute best customer service, working very hard to help with prescriptions and insurance. The store is very clean and well-stocked, with a pleasant and polite staff who offer old-fashioned, helpful service. Customers highly recommend this pharmacy, especially for its compassionate and excellent care during medication shortages or difficulties. It is a primary local grocery store with typical products, but stands out for its exceptional, helpful staff.
I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile by David Ramos and his A-Team. They know me by name and ALWAYS make me feel like a valued customer. They were so welcoming when I was getting established in Ormond by the Sea. I really enjoy my Publix, but I absolutely love my Publix Pharmacy!
