I was a walk-in customer in this location (immediately after a disappointing and frustrating experience at the empty store at Cornerstone Blvd. in Daytona to which I DID have an appointment, but was denied ).I am very happy I took my chance and walked-in. It was like a night and day.The store was rather busy with around 10 people waiting . I was immediately greeted by store Manager - Frances who also assisted me in check in, while continuing to circulate around customers in wait and overseeing smooth operation of the place. After not too long (~30 min. and well in keeping with Frances' prediction) wait I was helped by Krista, who was the most courteous, professional, kind, reassuring and patient person. I am handicapped and there are no chairs at the representatives desks. Krista, noticing my cane immediately brought the chair from the back of the store and repeated the same when I returned to complete the service. in addition to having pleasure to be helped by Krista, while waitingI also observed her colleague - Bryan treating his customers with friendly respect, kindness and patience. I also observed the clients - more than 95% seniors. The place was very busy with no downtime at all. Judging by store location these seem more like a rule than the exception. Given that even more thanks are deserved by this lovely team. They are a precious example of super customer service. I hope that Spectrum recognizes what an asset for the company people like you are.

Offered no solution to the simple task of changing service. Wasted 30 min of my time. Also did not right away acknowledge me as next in line. Seemed confused or disinterested in helping the customer.

Was in Fla visiting. Not only did I need a new phone, but decided to change carriers as well. I was lucky enough to be helped by Kurt Grimes. He has excellent customer service, great product knowledge and an amazing sense of humor. He was helping numerous people but I felt I was the only person he was helping.I had tons of questions about phones and services and he could not have been more patient and kind. Thank You Kurt!If you go to this store ASK FOR KURT!!!

2nd time this week Spectrum is down. Each occurrence was approximately 3 hours according to their system. If you have a good alternative, go there! Cannot recommend Spectrum, worse internet provider I've ever dealt with.

Excellent customer service. Bryan and Krista are professional, friendly and a pleasure to interact with.I'm adding this on 9/26. I couldn't find the link for writing a new review. Yesterday I got great service from my two favorite Spectrum employees--professional, perfectly pleasant, patient. I had been having a long drawn out experience with Spectrum and Google on the phone, in texts and online regarding my defective phone. I'd been to the store for assistance and they remedied all that they could but when I needed more help Spectrum tech service and Google fell short. I was ready to throw up my hands and go live in a cabin on the woods. But Bryan and Krista were there with me doing everything they could to get the issue resolved. They were patient and absolutely wonderful to support me, helping me connect with the phone/chat line where my issue was finally resolved. Thank you for helping me through this crazy experience. (I don't think I'm going to get a cabin in the woods.)

Signed in to return old equipment and pick up new equipment. Only three employees working we were able to get in and out in 30 mins with no appointment.

I came over to Ormond for a vacation and litteraly at the start of the University of Florida game they cut off all the ESPN channels. None the less I am thank full I can stream my any where.

I was told to go to store to change service from old homeowner to me. They said they could disconnect old service but not start new service and I'd have to call in to activate new owner Or fill out paperwork and mail it to Riverview, Florida. I had bad receiver to return, they wouldn't take it, said I had to go to ups store to return it. total waste of time visiting this store and very snarky employee!

Bad experience. Manager launched into his spiel about how I would have to return box at the UPS store instead of his location because it would take up to five days for the return to be recorded. I was following instructions from a call to Spectrum and my service was already ended, on my last billing day. . He could have saved is know-it-all speech because he was wrong. I am sure they want UPS used so they don't get overwhelmed with returns at the store when cutting the cord. Bye bye Spectrum.

Recently, I stopped into the Spectrum store in Ormond Beach hoping to find assistance setting up a new iPhone. Normally, I expect to be treated like any other consumer who walks into an active business with employees barely making it through the day, helping one after another after another with their challenges.Having spent nearly 40 years in a customer service industry, I am keenly aware of how a vendor will treat its customers.In this instance, I was lucky enough to be helped by Pete Papadakos, the store manager. It’s rare to be assisted by someone whose talent, knowledge and demeanor exceeds all expectations. I watched Mr. Papadakos interact with other customers as they entered the store, making each one feel welcome, guiding them in the right direction.At this moment in time, an employee that possesses such skill is worth their weight in gold.Thank you Pete for all you did to help me. I went into store and found out they have an incredible promotion going on my one phone the second phone service is free for a year so if you had a phone you're paying like $29 for a year per month of course and the other 12 payments are zero because one is free! This is so awesome is anybody doing this how do they like it answer back
