I'm not sure when banking moved from speed and efficiency to social hour. I'm not into it, personally. Every trip here, for a simple deposit, takes 30 minutes or longer, and that's with one person in front of me. Now I plan accordingly, but a simple deposit with almost no line should not take 30 minutes.

William has awesome customer service!!!! This bank is fast and efficient, William was the best part of our visit. Thank you TD bank, we will be back!

This branch in particular was very helpful.
Mrs Timmer was able to get things done where folks at other branch just didn't know how and didnt bother to even call back.
I've been a TD customer long before TD took over and folks like Mrs Timmer are the reason.
