“Really courteous and helpful. When Capital One failed me Chase came to the rescue. I tried unsuccessfully for 3 DAYS to have capital one send a wire transfer for me so I could purchase a home and they were unable to get it done. This was extremely time sensitive and I almost lost my dream home! Chase had it done in less than five minutes. 👍🏼”

“I'm helping an elderly neighbor who is very sick that was a victim of a financial crime. The CHASE branch on Atlantic in S. DAYTONA was not as helpful and I feel that they didn't take as seriously as Myra was at this branch. I was ready to cancel my CHASE credit that I've had for over 35 years and he was going to open an account in another bank based on our experience. At this branch, Myra took care of his needs in an hour. We went to the S. DAYTONA branch 5 times, Three of which I accompanied him inside. Not once did anyone suggest to him to open a new account so that the woman committing the crime can't access his money any longer. This was one of the first things Myra told us that he could do! The case is now under criminal investigation by DBPD. Thank you Myra!”

We went in without an appointment, we waited about 15 minutes because other customers came before us.
When it was our turn, we were pleasantly greeted by one gal who was very enthusiastic.
But, Mark's problem was not her expertise.
She sent us to the manager who was the same happy, enthusiastic gal who treated us like we were always their customer, friendly and comfortable to talk to.
She gave us a lot of information and pamphlets that Mark can use for his professional business.
He will go to a few banks for their information and decide which bank is for him
So far, Truist is #1”
