My fiancé took his Armani suit to be cleaned for our wedding. He shows up on Tuesday when the suit is supposed to be ready and he is told the pants are missing. Never did we imagine they would lose such expensive clothing. No communication to the staff the next day that she was informed we are getting married on Thursday. Call Wednesday staff basically said just call back later after 4, we close at 5 otherwise can't help you. I told staff we will never use a business that cares so little about their customers.

For clothing they are good and do it right, however had them clean draperies and the draperies shrank. Not good. Nothing can be done once that happens.

Some of my shirts came back dirty plus The Cove Cleaners charges a hefty fee that is an Environmental Fee that other dry cleaners do not charge which is anywhere between $.81 to $4.78 for cleaning between $10 and $105. I doubt I will be coming back and this is the way Palmer Ranch people like to pay?

I relocated and brought in a HUGE hall of clothing to clean after they were in storage for a month. They quickly created an account and did intake. Very professional service and exceptionally knowledgeable staff.
