I usually don’t write reviews, especially on specific people, but the older lady cashier (I believe her name is Annette) is a terrible customer service representative and frankly offended me. I came to this dollar tree on Valentine’s Day, excitedly, to purchase a couple items to make a Valentine’s Day basket. It was mid day and a little busy when I first walked in but when it came to finding everything I needed and more, this place gets 5 stars! However, it was when I got to this cashier where my next couple hours would get ruined. I go to pay for my cart and hand the lady a hundred dollar bill to which she semi-rudely replied I can’t break this, I can hardly even break a 20, got a debit card? I said no ma’am and she asked me why to which I didn’t even reply because it’s NONE of her business as to why I didn’t have one. She then snaps even harder than the first remark “ well, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to break this I guess I’ll go ask my manager” as it’s some huge deal to head to the office (which is maybe 20 feet away…?) and there is now me and one lady in line so it was not busy. She comes back QUICKLY with exact change and told me I was lucky they could make change. She then brings up my situation again and goes on for another minute that “you should really get a debit card” and asked AGAIN why I don’t have one. I’m steaming at this point but I am not going to instigate so I said I hope your Valentine’s Day gets better and left the store. First off, what is your obsession with me and a debit card? You want me to get a debit card to make your job easier? I’m sorry, but that is just so wrong. I get that it’s the dollar tree and it may be hard to break a 100 dollar bill but a key detail I mentioned is that it was a busy and now about mid-day. This is a business that typically generates 1-2k a day depending on the location and I’m pretty sure that breaking my bill was not as big of a deal as it was made out to be. If it was earlier I could (kinda) get the issue but it was not. Now, I manage in customer service in the restaurant industry and believe me… I give the benefit of the doubt OFTEN in these scenarios but this just pissed me off… this is a business and I being the consumer shouldn’t have to be turned away not because I don’t have enough but because this employee is a lazy and sour crabapple? Her attitude is atrocious and I am not the only one who thinks this I have seen it multiple times with this one being the worst that I had to say something. Haven’t had a single problem with any of the other employees as much as I’ve had one with this woman. Something needs to be done because she is a horrid look for your otherwise good store. The cashier Annette is so rude for no reason (the rest of the staff seem kind and pleasant enough). Long lines because they're understaffed. The store itself typically has cool stuff, however unorganized the store may be. A little bit dirty, but better than other stores.

Wow, this was the cleanest, most well-organized Dollar Tree I have ever been in. So much so, that I asked who the manager was. The cashier (I believe her name was Teresa) called her over. The manager (I believe her name was Christy) said she loved the store and her crew and they all worked hard to keep the place clean and stocked for their customers. Well, this customer certainly appreciated all of their hard work!

Best Dollar Tree store in the area! Store is well stocked, clean and orderly. You can see the employees take pride in their store. Store manager Christy, employees Sharon, and Melissa are wonderful. Its a pleasure to shop here.

I went to my local Dollar Tree in hopes of finding a fun gift that I could give to the Ladies attending my Mingle on a Monday event(30+ ladies) and I was not disappointed!!
Christy Wilson the store manager went out of her way to search the storage room to help me get the quantity that I needed….. can’t thank you enough… great gift ideas, very reasonably priced…. My go to!!!

This Dollar Tree is THE VERY BEST I have ever been to. The cashier SHARON was absolutely remarkable. SHe was upbeat and continued checking out MANY customers while still maintaining a wonderful attitude. She should TRAIN other Associates

This Dollar Tree is very clean and amazingly stocked. I don’t think I’ve ever been to one this organized. Staff was amazing, Christy always has a smile on her face and always willing to help. 10/10 recommend!

Customer service is lacking. Theresa is a complete snot and has a real problem with doing her job.( I don't blame her completely, at her age I'd expect to be long retired.)
She not so kindly told me very loudly that " it's common courtesy to take your things out of the basket!" I had 4 small items in a hand basket lol. I never had anyone tell me that I had to take my items out, the conveyor belt is also very dirty, might want to as Theresa to go that extra mile and clean it up.
Anyway, this little pettiness is just a reminder as to why I never shop at Dollar stores. You can't expect decent customer service when they only get paid $7 / hr.

Clean store and staff is great.This store has a problem with stocking food inventory. No M&M peanut theatre box 3 weeks straight. No Brims cheese balls everytime I go. Spice Drops, never on the shelf.. I was liking the mini egg rolls ( 8 pack ) Purchased them once, and wanted to purchase a second time, NOPE, no inventory.. I go to Dollar Tree in Vamo now - this store is always ridiculously low on inventory.
