James and Carl were exceptional—communicative, proactive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond by even moving a small box of wood for us in the garage without hesitation. They kept us informed at every stage, updating us room by room as they completed the work. What stood out the most was how personable they were—making eye contact, staying upbeat, and bringing some lightheartedness to what is usually a stressful day. They gladly made adjustments as requested and ensured everything was handled with care.

“We recently moved from Lakewood Ranch to Carmel, IN with Pampered Movers handling the entire process. They met their schedule and everyone was very easy to work with. A small step-ladder was lost somewhere in the moving process but we told Pampered that this was not a big deal and nothing needed to be done. But they insisted on replacing the ladder, which came a few days ago. For me, how a company handles mistakes or potential conflicts with a customer is the best indicator of the true character of any organization. They passed this test with flying colors. While I’ve already written a couple of reviews on how awesome Kearney Movers are!! I have to follow up with more of the story!! First of all, they went out of their way to bail me out of a hideous last minute situation with the movers I had planned on partly because of several favorable reviews here and a less expensive original estimate!. However, at 5:00 pm the DAY before the move was to start, they sent me a ‘final estimate’ of the move cost which was more than TRIPLE their original estimate and despite the fact that a lot of work we did was not noticed…the second price went up!! Additionally they told me that they could not come out as scheduled if I didn’t sign the newly revised third estimate which was now up to was $15,xxx.xx from an original $6,xxx!!!Hence the frantic call to JP at Kearney who came back out to my house ON A Friday night and gave me what I thought was going to be that high estimate, but while there and seeing all that we had done, he reassured me that the cost would come in well below his original ! And after some serious rearranging of his life he scheduled packers and movers for Monday!! I extended closing on my house…JP said they would be out of the house in time for the closing to go as scheduled for the next day on Tuesday afternoon!…the other mover was stretching things our AND was going to charge me an additional $4,500 to load and yet another $4,500 to unload the next day!!! JP said no no no….thats just not what he could imagine. While i was a bit skeptical, I am now a total believer!! It happened on time!! And to make it even sweeter, my final bill was almost half of what his original estimate was!! Yes!! TRUST KEARNEY MOVING! And while I’m at it, the moving and packing guys they sent out were some of the nicest and most helpful people ever. Many of them are long term employees…like 10 to 20 years with the company!! That right there tells me the kind of people I had the privilege of dealing with!!”
“I have been with short Sawyer Court Storage for 24 years. I have always been very pleased with their service. The facility is very clean and orderly. It is secure yet available after hours when you need it. The staff has always been very helpful. there is a bathroom in the facility and it is kept also very clean. Several carts are available for hauling stuff in and out of the storage units.
All in all I have been very pleased with Sawyer Court Storage. George Wagner, Siesta Key.”
