Went to Voltaire to help with a flat tire for my son's electric bike. Found out it was tubeless tire, so they just put air in it and resealed it but works fine. Thank you for taking a look at it so quickly and helping out :) Nice bike service/bike shop. Will definitely go there going forward for repairs.

Closed when I stopped by on a Monday afternoon. Sign on door said “back in 5 minutes”. I waited 15 minutes and called, voice mail put me on hold. After another 5 minutes I got a message saying “all staff are busy helping other customers”. Not so - there is nobody in the store, and no bikes or cars outside except mine. Look elsewhere!

This is the place to go if you are looking to rent a bike to explore my area. There are lots of super nice walks to do. The bikes are of very good quality. The rate of $25 per day is very reasonable. The staff is very nice.

I bought a new Velotric E-Bike and working with Caren and Rob was great. They are very knowledgeable about the bikes. I had alot if questions and did alot of test drives. They were patient and let me make the decision to buy. I've had my bike for a couple of months and couldn't be happier. I know if I have any questions or concerns I they will take care of it. I love the bike!

I bought a used Magnum bike 7 months ago and right away the display & motor would cut out after a couple minutes. Took it back. They could not fix it. Didn't even try. Said the rep would not call them back! Sorry. So last week the motor started making a loud noise. I took it to the Magnum dealer in Sarasota. They reviewed the bike and found the following issues; The motor & display needs to be replaced. Possible controller replacement also. The most shocking repair is it needed all new brake pads!! I have ridden this bike 4 times. The total repair bill will be over $650.00 I called Volaire got put on hold for 10 minutes, then got hung up on. Called back having to leave a message. So far no response. BUYER BEWARE. NOT A PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. GO NORTH TO SARASOTA...

What a great full service shop. I finally found a bike shop that services my Ride1Up V2 Roadster plus they have a full selection of upgrade parts for my bike. I've already built a great relationship with the shop owner and service manager. 2years later and I bought my second Ride1Up Roadster electric bike and I couldn't be happier!

There aren’t enough words to describe how much we enjoyed working with Ron and Carain the owners. We went to several bike stores before we found theirs. All were nice but Voltaire had a huge selection in different price ranges. We got to test ride quite a few before landing on our perfect bike. They also rent bikes and can transport to the legacy trail if needed. They also have on site repair to keep your current bike moving. I highly recommend you going to Osprey and see for yourself.

I've never in my life ever received such excellent customer service. My friend had a flat on his e bike that he bought from another place and they couldn't help him . Voltaire found him a new tube & tire and he'll be up and running tomorrow. They also beat everyone's prices including Amazon's. Unbelievable thank you so much for your excellent customer service .
