10/30 update.. I came here because we were right beside it. I just dont care for this store. They have raised their prices. The 2lt bottles of soda is still so unsafely high to reach. I've mentioned this multiple times and we'll they just don't care. They are the only one in the area that has it too high to reach! A lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm calling corporate and I'm sure they won't care. Then your watched like your a their at self checkout. Not everyone is a their. Then halloween and fall items are 50% off and what do you know. Nothing rings up on sale. So the cashier comes over and adjusted the halloween items stating I'll just do these 3 items! Huh? All of it is on sale minus candy which is normal. Nothing was candy that I had. Then a fall item comes up and she's like that's Thanksgiving I said yes fall like all the other fall items like a scare crow etc. She kept saying it's just halloween said Then go fix the signs because it states.. Fall and Halloween 50% off. I dont have issues at other Walmart like I do with this one.
I will be honest. I dont like that I go here and there is never anyone that speaks English that works on the floor. I'm sorry and I won't get to much into this but my feelings are, if your working in our country then English should be learned and if these companies is want to hire Mexicans that can't even understand the word excuse me that makes things difficult for us and for them. Put them through language classes. I know other countries require you to learn the language to make life easier on all.
I have been going to this store for years and is disappointing that jobs are being taken away from long time employees so that ones who aren't able to communicate with us get jobs. It just seems a bit fishy honestly. Also, employees that have been there are getting hours cut and loosing health insurance because the hours being cut are not allowing them to pay for health insurance. Again something just doesn't seem right about any of this. I can't give a good rating. The store was changed around, prices increased alot, management isn't the same and no one to help on the floor that can speak to you. Oh and please lower the shelfs that the soda is on. Your just waiting for a law suit with someone hurting themselves. They roll now and it's very hard to reach them. And we'll the employees don't understand what you need help with. Im.not using Google translation to get help! I'll pro. Do most of my shopping with Kroger delivery. Food is cheaper and you if you need help they can speak to you and understand you. Half the items you could get here you can't any more. They aren't carrying the same things and please for the love of God, fix your freezer, meat and dairy coolers. They are constantly breaking and well they should have been fixed before anything else in this store.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Sophie an associate in the Vision Care Center. She is super sweet and was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my contacts. We spoke several times on the phone and she was always professional and kind. Thank you Sophie for a great customer service experience! ?

My daughter walked into Walmart with her friend( they are two teenage girls) these four guys came and parked next to them and started screaming weird stuff at them saying they were waiting for them to come out. My daughter and her friend asked the lady checking them out if they could have someone walk them out, the lady asked the manager and the manager said they couldn't spare a worker then proceeded to say rude comments like "you can defend each other" and "it's 2 vs 1" and when the girls stated there were four grown men she just stayed quite and didn't say anything. As the girls are leaving there is a male worker by where the carts are blowing leaves outside with a leaf blower, he definitely could have spared 2 minutes to walk them to their cars. Thankfully the men were gone but the manager wouldn't even have the decency to walk them to the door to see if the guys were still there. I will not be coming back here and neither will my daughter.
