“Ive used another roofer on my moms house. And they totally screwed up and didnt care. The worst part was the people that are supposed to be there to protect you (orlando building dept.)do nothing. They allow roofers to write an affidavit saying yep we did it right and do not check the work. So keep that in mind when hiring a roofer.
As far as Senez, being a little overly cautious from my previous experience. I had my own inspector come and monitor the installation. Crew was very professional, friendly, quick, clean. Price was about 20% less than 3 other estimates I received knowledgable andgenuinly care about the work they do. No high pressure sales. Just an all around good experience and would recommend highly for anyones roofing needs”
