Went to this store to get myself an upgrade, arrived to pick up my new phone and noticed they ordered the wrong GB. Annoyed cause the employee who ordered phone knew which one I wanted. Was told by employee working floor that the manager was calling district to fix situation asap. Waiting just to be told by annoyed manager like it is my fault your employee order the wrong phone. Had to service phone I didnt want JUST to return the phone to come out with my phone that is being difficult has no service. Annoyed manager who had no desire to help customers putting on Taylor Swift while ignoring the fact I customer had no phone service and the phone that was suppose to be order wont be here until TUESDAY. Manager had yhe nerve to ask me what was wrong with my previous phone to which I said it doesnt matter what is wrong I am due for an upgrade and CHOOSING to upgrade. Now I am home with no way to make phone calls or communicate because employees rather fix their issues then AT&T Customers. This store should really do a deep cleaning. Wont be back.

After having such a bad time with my old cell phone provider’s customer service. I went in and was pleased with the help I was provided. Veronica was the perfect person for the job. I have never had such a good experience in an ATT store before this one. Veronica took her time to explain every detail of my bill and explain the difference between the phones I wanted. How is this store still open? One employee working on a Saturday is insane. Walked in zero acknowledgment. Other people walked in and she took the time to acknowledge them. Never once said anything to me like I’ll be with you shortly.
