The associate went above and beyond in helping us get the best deal. He was informative and through in his explanations. The oviedo store employees are so helpful, particularly Matthew who spent a lot of time with me trying to get my update done which required deleting various things to get more space. He was juggling customers so professionally and calmly. Wet knowledgeable!!
