“Caliber Collision did repairs on my vehicle after it was rear-ended on I-4. They communicated very well and provided expectations of what work was needed and when it would be completed. They met or beat every expectation.
When I picked up the car, they had buffed out some paint scratches from two other incidents where the car was hit.
Alex was fantastic. She explained how one part of the damage appeared cosmetic but they would get a better look at it. Turns out that it was cosmetic and an easy fix.
I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job at a fair price (insurance picked up the cost but Caliber did honest work) and communicated throughout.”

“Raul was the best! By far one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with any car issue. I walked in and he greeted me with a smile and quickly took care of me and even changed out my car battery for me. He was so attentive and gracious in assisting me. “Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-functional! Grateful they had the time and the experience to help me, I’m a customer for life now thanks to those two gentleman!”

“Stopped in today to get a couple of batteries for my key fobs for the car. And Jordan bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even know how to open the fob and my husband and I both have looked at it extensively. And he popped it right open and explained the steps. He made it look so easy. It's great to finally have good customer service at a store again. After covid it seems like the world's turned upside down and a lot of times they act like you should be happy they're there to serve you. That was definitely not the case today.
