“Their ratings are so much higher than every other company. This is not a mistake. You can see why in every interaction with them. It is so refreshing to see what I consider an old fashioned level of excellent service. Especially in an industry involving your car. I was not their easiest customer to deal with on a few levels and logistically. Never once did they show it to me. Maribel was the person I dealt with the most. She instilled trust from the beginning. John was excellent. They are very transparent and do their best. If you need your windshield replaced, I could not recommend this business any more strongly. Definitely my best experience this year, and completely unexpected. My windshield is as if nothing ever happened to it.”
“Never have i ever had a car professionally detailed before and was overwhelmed by all the options in Orlando until I happen to call Detail Masters and spoke with the owner. He immediately put my mind at ease and was talking to me like a friend rather than a customer which I loved. He went over everything that they do and services they offer as well as listen to my expectations. I dropped off my new used Jeep Cherokee since it was in desperate need of a good cleaning inside and out after the last owner neglected it. I picked it up the next day and had my expectations exceeded cause it looked showroom ready inside and out. I also asked for the detail under the hood and it was also showroom ready. These guys did an phenomenal job and it was totally worth it for the price. Def going to be a returning customer when my ride needs a touch up.”

“Shawn is the man. He installed amber lights that I supplied, on my GMC Sierra’s grille and they came out looking awesome. Despite me not having the correct mounts/brackets, Shawn improvised and made it happen. Clean wire work too. At first, I thought they were too bright but now I’ve gotten used to them and I now like them a lot.Shawn is very honest and easy to work with. I will definitely be back to get more work done.Respect his time, let him know you’ll be cancelling ahead of time, instead of just not showing up. Bless him and he’ll bless you. I definitely recommend this business.”

“I had a leak that that was causing water to pooling in the side wall of my pci-up. Looked at a couple of reasons for the source of the leak and finally determined it was the windshield and the deteriorated molding. Went to my first recommendation and they refused to do the work due to inadequate equipment. Went to Ideal and they finished the job in under an hour and not only could they do the work....they were able to remove the caulking substance the previous owner had used to supplement the deteriorating molding. Very happy”
