“F45 Oviedo is a fantastic establishment, and I recommend it to anyone who is remotely interested in F45. I've been going for nearly two years, and I'm so happy with the decision. The trainers here are excellent, positive, challenge you, motivate you, and learn your strengths and weaknesses to help you improve. My favorites are Trystan, Eric, Hunter, Thomas, Wade, Jorge, and Alyssa. The workouts themselves are usually full body and switch off between strength (resistance), cardio, and hybrid. I've noticed great improvement in my strength, ability, and stamina. We also have a lot of space in this gym! Come try a few classes and see our great community for yourself!”

Not only do you get the guidance and push from the trainers but also constant encouragement from other members. I've worked out for years but this place makes me want to come back. “We recently switched our kids to this daycare after some difficult experiences elsewhere, and the difference has been truly incredible. From day one, the staff went above and beyond to make our children feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
The teachers here are not only attentive, but compassionate, kind, patient, and loving. They have gone above and beyond to help support our kids and get them adjusted. They truly care.
Ms. Abbey, Ms. Talia, Ms. Amy, and Ms. Joy (but truly all the staff) have been amazing with our son and helping him with his recent transition and the difference in his response to school now is amazing. He is so much happier and talks about how much he loves his teachers.
Additionally, he comes home excited talking about all the great and fun learning activities he’s doing in class. This school does so many hands on activities along with the gym time which is a great bonus! As parents, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your children are in a nurturing and loving environment that will support them. This daycare has restored our confidence and given our kids a place where they feel secure, happy, and supported. We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication and heart the entire team brings, and we couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re thinking about switching to this school, make the jump!”

“I love it, it’s like my second home. My experience every time is wonderful. The front desk is friendly. It’s nice to see elementary kids and younger and high school kids feel comfortable to walk in and feel like they belong.”
“We have had multiple birthday parties here for our kids and they make the experience so memorable and easy. The prices are reasonable, it's great because it's air conditioned, the kids have multiple bounce houses to play on and each birthday party gets their own private party attendant/staff member who helps with set up and clean up etc. Would highly recommend this place for kids' birthday parties!”

“Great staff and equipment. Generally polite crowd. One request is to dump the signs at the bathrooms saying “we celebrate all genders.” What does that even mean? Are the locker rooms unisex? Why do we need to celebrate anyone? It’s just a gym folks, not CNN.”
“I love it here! They’ve worked with us and given us an extremely affordable and low rate including childcare and all of the amenities. We love the location and the fact that there are sweet women in the childcare who will alert us if our son needs us and who genuinely care to get to know him and pay attention to him. They have everything you need here and it’s a good environment overall. They also keep it pretty clean and clean the gym often which is nice. Overall I give it 5/5 stars:)”
“Staff is always nice and friendly. 24 hour access is fantastic. Sauna is never packed and works well. The machines are all working well and the facilities are clean. I love that they offer towels to use in the bathroom/sauna area too - really nice touch.”
