DO NOT SHOP HERE OR SELL!!!Please understand how horrible this store is by reading this review!First off I only made an email account that way I could write my 1 star review for this establishment, that's how appalled I am. I wish I didn't even have to give it 1 star, they deserve 0.I arrived with a box full of toys, a lot of Melissa and Doug toys ($$$) and lots of other really awesome toys as well.The owner said it'd be a while until they got to me, no problem. I received a text message that they were ready for me. I arrived and to my surprise they accepted a lot of my toys I brought in! They pretty much took everything besides 2 toys. This was a huge box mind you. The worker brought out my empty box that was once full and showed me all that they would take, pretty much all my toys. I thought awesome! I will receive a decent amount of money back... WRONG. I totally understand they are a second hand shop and they have to make their money but let me prove you wrong with that statement below, read on! The lady took all my toys about 30 and offered me $7.00 yes you read that correctly. I hesitated when she told me.. I felt I was getting ripped off but she was moving and talking so fast I felt pushed to sell it all for $7.00 she handed me the receipt to sign. I looked at it then looked back at the box. I felt rushed then went with my gut to keep 1 toy out of 30 that I really didn't feel comfortable selling for that little I then said "could I take one toy out for keepsakes actually" she then told me "no" I said "I can't just take one toy and you have the rest..?" she said "no" then the manager came over to check on us with the barcode stickers in her hands about to put them on the toys I was donating. She told me "you cannot have that toy back" I said "why can't I have my one toy back? And you keep the rest" she said "I already put it all in my inventory" I said "can you fix it? So I can keep just 1 of my toys please" She said "no you cannot have your toy back.. you can BUY it back but you cannot have it back" (Mind you the box is on the counter, I am still debating on giving them my toys because they are still MINE and I haven't yet made a decision) I replied "I have to buy MY toy back from you??" She said "yes you have to buy it back from me I will not give it back to you, you signed away your rights to these toys" I told her "I have not signed this receipt agreeing to the price so no I did not sign my rights away, please give me back not just that one toy but ALL of them" she then looked at the receipt of me not signing it and finally gave me back my stuff after holding it hostage and threatening me that I had to buy back MY toys!! What a crazy experience I have never ever witness that before. Also, backing up my conversation from earlier stating that yes they are indeed a second hand shop and need to make their money back, when the manager came up to me with the sticker bar codes in her hands about I put them on my toys she was selling one toy for $10! Out of all 30 toys so yes I definitely think and know they could pay us a little more than $7.00! Do better one upon a child, do better!I am so upset with this experience. I felt not welcomed, rushed, misunderstood, ripped off, annoyed, and very upset.Do NOT go here, please warn others! Manager handled this entire situation beyond horrible. You can't hold someone else's personal belongings hostage, tell them they can only buy back their own personal items not decline the stores offer and then proceed to rip them off. I took all my toys back and will now be donating them for FREE. It was never about the money, it was about how poorly this establishment handled this situation.And please manager do not reply to this review.. This is one of the worst Once Upon A Child Stores I have ever been in and shopped in . The staff here are never friendly and the customer service is terrible . Everytime I turn around this store is blowing my phone up with text messages that they’re buying counter is closed pretty much every day pretty early than other stores . Plus their staff turnaround is awful , always a new face when I stop in . Do yourself a favor and avoid this store . Whoever owns this store and runs it does not know how to properly staff or keep the store running in a manner that is acceptable for their customers .

Be sure to have a plastic storage container for items even though they have them, I am not sure when this changed but you can no longer bring your baby/kids clothes in bags anymore.

For a store that relies on others' used items to sustain their business, they make it extremely difficult to sell anything to them. They only accept one bin per day, so when I do a size purge or toy purge I have to come back multiple times on multiple days. Half the time I show up and they've decided they are no longer buying for that day. There is no announcement on their Facebook page, but they tell me I should have checked their Instagram stories. I don't follow them on Instagram. I'm old. Sorry. When they do actually buy stuff, they give pennies on the dollar. I sold an entire bin full of toys to them for $40, but when I came in to collect my cash, they already had a few of my items on the shelves, before I even accepted their offer - one with a $15 tag, one with a $12 tag... Obviously they have to make some profit, but for the hassle they give, I'd be better off just listing my items on Marketplace. But I leave there with fewer things and a few more dollars than I had when I got there, so I guess that's a win.

First time coming to this location today even though I live less than 10 minutes away. But this is the most organized and clean location. Hands down!

I find this store to be pretty overpriced for used items. In the 6-9 month pajama section, I found most items to be $3.50 to $4.50 per pajama, which is surprising considering a 3 pack at target (new) is $15 (so $5 a pajama) not really worth my time to dig and search for quality items if they are priced $1-.$50 less than new.

They posted a car seat new in the box that’s very popular on their Facebook anccount and half the price new! I seen it and immediately called but because they were closing in 15 minutes they held it for me. When I got there to pick up the next morning, they had a tag on it with my name and also confirmed my identity by my drivers license. I want to say thank you sooooooooo much and this was greatly appreciated as I give birth in 2 days. Amazing staff and very friendly.

They barely give you any money for your items, though once upon a child in a Koi is way betterAnd you can bring them brand new looking items, and they won’t take them for some reason

Drove 1:30hrs to get here for them to tell me that they were not accepting the exact sizes I brought to sell. No where on their website or Facebook page did it say they weren't taking those sizes. Note to self: call before going and check what they are/not accepting.

This is the nicest, most well organized once upon a child store I have been to. The prices were great too: I bought some things today and will def be frequenting this location more.

very small store. only allow you to bring one basket . took over $2000 worth of name brand clothes, many very new and they offered $25. I would sooner donate to Goodwill. the whole place is such a scam. No customer service skills. No hello welcome to our store. No thank you have a great day. Have a chip on their shoulder. I would never come back.

I’m sure the employees inwardly cringe every time they see me walk in ? but they are so kind and accommodating! My kids are a little wild and are always loud and make messes but there’s always a friendly lady around the corner to wipe up spilled water, pick up dropped shoes, or even help me bring my bags and kids to the car when I leave. Plus they have a good selection of nice clothes for decent prices. Worth the 30+ minute drive for sure!

This is by far the BEST once upon a child location! The staff are very professional, location is clean and organized, they always accept a good amount of items and have shorter wait times!
