Once Upon A Child Oviedo is described as a very organized and clean location. Customers report finding great prices, especially for baby and toddler clothes, and note the great and friendly customer service. However, the selection in store is frequently mentioned as being smaller or not having a lot in stock most of the time, with some feeling the value decreases for older children's items. Some toys are considered overpriced. For trade-ins, the store often provides only store credit, not cash, which can be disappointing, and the amount offered for items is frequently viewed as not very much. It is advised to call ahead to check their current policy.
