Customers use the drive thru ATM and have been satisfied for many years. Staff are helpful when opening new accounts and answering many questions. Customers got a letter after five days, not ten days.

I do not know what others experienced here but the girl in the left corner did not get her name but her customer service was A-1 no wait or anything to get a temporary card for my business. I was in and out not even 5min thank you

The Manager Amy Pellot showed remarkable customer service when my family and I stopped into the bank yesterday. She had a lot of customers with very minimal staff and she handled herself with grace, never making us feel pressured or rushed.
