The bank does not have mortgages, mortgage rates, or personal loans. They ask for ID and other bank's debit card to open an account. Customers use the drive thru ATM and have been satisfied for many years. Staff are helpful when opening new accounts and answering many questions. Customers got a letter after five days, not ten days.

The Manager Amy Pellot showed remarkable customer service when my family and I stopped into the bank yesterday. She had a lot of customers with very minimal staff and she handled herself with grace, never making us feel pressured or rushed.

I used the drive thru ATM on this visit. I have been banking with Truist for many years back when it was SunTrust in two different states and have always been satisfied.
