I’ve been banking with Suntrust for as long as I been in Florida over 25 years and I can tell you this is not the same place. Customer service has gone down the toilet in this branch it all starts with the Branch Management.I personally experience her lock of customer service and disregard of people long wait while she carried an irrelevant conversation with a group of people in another office. She wasn’t busy, just hanging out.It took a nice teller to realize how angry I was getting for the long wait to come out of her window to help me out and when the teller had questions on how to help me, she called the manager and she came out to help her. “See not busy” so at this point I an very upset. Customer Service starts at the top and their is none here, not surprised on the poor reviews for this branch.Save your aggravation and bank someplace else.

Only 1 personal banker working. Teller speaks to someone behind the wall and says sorry can’t help you. Horrible customer service.

Take your hard earned money elsewhere...... This used to be Suntrust, when the company had somewhat of a brain still. Here its insane fees - 12$ every month charged to every account as "maintenance" even if money is coming in, 36$ overdrafts with ZERO warning, slow bank line and teller lack of drive thru tellers, terrible app, the list goes on and on. Theres literally NO good reason to bank here. Only come here if you want to give them 60$ for absolutely nothing, every month.

Stayed there unattended for 2 hours while the tellers intentionally tries to break eye contact with you so they don't have to take the next client. When finally seen, I was met with sheer incompetence and lots of joking around. These people don't take their jobs seriously. Also called dozens of times to follow up on my case and no one will answer. They should really shut this branch down.

Went there needing a letter so I would be able to go forward and sell my house, the young lady there went beyond what was expected. I was told that I would receive a letter in ten days and got it in the mail after five. Thank you so much for your time.

Suntrust was bought out and truist took over. What a joke of a company. The leg work required of the customers to deal with their transition was ridiculous. Their customer service is nonexistent and the phones are a perfect testament to how willing they are to help deal with their horrible system, its one of those that are impossible to reach a real person. I went from never having issues to feeling like every time I turn around I have to fight these ppl for simple tasks. I'm looking for a new bank!

This location is terrible! I was trying to explain my situation to the teller behind the counter and the other lady who was working kept inserting herself and telling me they couldn’t help me and that I have to call their number which to remind you I called that number and they told me to go into my local branch and when I did this was the worst experience not very good customer service I took my business to the one on alafaya and they helped me immediately and gave me information on my account ! Beware of the older lady with black hair who is a teller she will just yell and talk over you if she can’t help you.

Truist, in my opinion, is a terrible company. You call, no answer, leave a message, no call back. Had to go to the branch to make an appointment to go back another time to speak with a banker. Lat time I went for advise on a loan for equipment, i left with no loan info, but information to open more accounts to spend more money. They dont care about us. Just how much they can sell me. STAY AWAY! Will move my business account to another institution.

Waited in the commercial lane for 30 minutes, called the branch and explained the commercial deposit book does not fit well in their regular lanes transfer bin.. they told me to go to the regular lane. Made my deposit & got my book returned to me with the binding ripped and the front page of my book ripped off the binding completely..... exactly why I told them I didn’t use the other lanes. My personal bank would have asked the customer to pull around and allows me to make my deposit while they finished their obviously long transaction.

Absolutely terrible. The new manager is not there. Noone answers the phone and when they do they never returned my call back! Always received false information. They are lacking bank policy knowledge. All what I get from them is just B.S. and some verbiage. Come on upper management! Please pay close attention to this branch and audit them. Time for another back that have a normal customer service.
