Just spent 2 hours at T-Mobile trying to do a return and they couldn't even do everything. Came to Verizon and it took legitimately less than 10 minutes. Thank you Brittany!!!!!

I stopped in on a Sunday evening a half hour before this location's close. I had a slight dilemma with a phone exchange/upgrade and the process of correction was fluid and thorough. I can't remember anyone's name, but the person who greeted me at the door and signed me in, as well as the main guy I dealt with, were cordial, patient, knowledgeable and professional.A solution to my issue was derived and I walked out around 40 minutes later a satisfied dude. Everything flowed nice and easy. Very much appreciated.

Very poor customer service at this location. I wanted to open a business line with internet and was told a different price than my rep online and was rushed out of the store as they were closing in 30 minutes and told to come back the next day. Decided to work with my guy on the phone. So glad I did. When I went back after getting the phones to activate, I was told it would cost $25.00. Would definitely use the online and/or phone to do business and stay away from this store with unprofessional and uneducated reps.

An absolute great experience working with Dylan who helped to remove transferring data n contact info. On my 2nd visit to the store, once again took time n went up n beyond to address all issyes/concerns I had. He was very professional and patient dealing with my unusual issues. Thank you Dylan. Keep up the good work.

Very poor customer service. Was looking to upgrade. What a bad experience at this store. All they would talk about is full retail on upgrade. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years and have never been shown this much disrespect. Even though we mentioned sales going on, it was still have to pay full retail price.

No one greets you, and they will completely ignore you because there are a ton of appointments. Good luck walking in.

TERRIBLE experience here, the lady who helped us pick out new phones blatantly lied to our faces at least 5 times, lying to my brother that the Google pixel 6a supports wireless charging (something that was very important for him with his new phone), told us lies about things that will harm the battery, etc., she walked in with a bud light wristband and seemed to be hung over/drunk, the whole staff just seemed very unprofessional, go somewhere else for phones, this place is shady, I would rate 0 stars if I could, our whole family was appalled by the whole ordeal

We have been Verizon customers for approximately 9 years. We walked into the store in Oviedo and met with a sales rep who was extremely unhelpful (lady with clear glasses and a sunflower tattoo on her forearm). The sales representative did not inform us of any trade in promotions that were going on. The only information she provided was how much we owed to pay off our current phones. She held up her ipad and stated we should look at it. We felt as if we were bothering her and interrupting her day. I informed her we may look elsewhere for cellular service and she shrugged her shoulders. In my opinion this was extremely unprofessional and felt as if the Verizon team could care less about retaining customers. I spoke with the Verizon team over the phone once we left who informed us of some ongoing promotions. At this point we are looking into changing cell phone providers due to this experience.

Purchased a new phone on my business account here in April. I was supposed to get a $700 trade in credit on my iPhone 12. After when I went back to drop off the phone to send back, the employee notified me that the phone was not paid off. Come to find out that the original sales rep did not verify the phone imei number and applied my payoff payment to another phone. I was told I would be receiving a call back on how they were going to handle this. Fast forward 2 months later I went into the store because I had never heard back from anybody. The manager (short haired lady) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She accused me of swapping the SIM cards to get a trade earlier. She failed to acknowledge that her rep did not verify she was applying a payment to the correct phone. They told me I was out of luck and the only thing I could do was to pay $600 to pay off the phone. After calling Verizon customer service they fixed this for me and are handling the trade in credit as it should have been from the start. I will never return to this store and would not recommend them to anybody.

Do not order your new phone to pick up at the store. They care more about making commissions on those who walk in versus completing the order for pickup. Same day pickup has taken three days so far.
